I agree with you, but what Tiberius is talking about is some other lag, its not fps issue, its real server side lag, that makes people just freeze, rubber band, rewind, no one takes an damage, etc etc etc, fps is ps3 related, doesnt matter how new it is, they just lack the ram neccessary at times, over time of play the buffers get full and in places that require alot of ram your fps drops, the echo from the sound equipment makes has been a huge source of frame rate drop in the research lab at the depot due to the small room and all the equipment being deployed there, but this is diffrent.

I bet if they do its on the same super computer they made the game on. Grab a ps3 without any upgrades and a controller, create a normal character like we do. Play for a couple of hours a day. It was worst for me when I have a game I do very well and while trying to respawn, I get an error. Also I got an eror when trying to get on my vehicle fitting screen to buy more modules for my fit.

I have never once received a fatal error with voice chat off, and instantly got them the few times I tried turning it on. Solo forever.

The article is pretty informative... FPS also impacts your command inputs a second.. And that is a huge part of this problem aswell..
