If you dump the cloak, all of my pre 1.8 fits were between 7.1 and 10K. It's actually quite expensive and really limits your fitting options.

What? No, my question is the Scout G-1 basic frame was bugged with the same old slot layout 1/2 instead of 1/3 with 2 equipment slots. The advanced and proto are correct. I know they are looking at bugs and trying to fix things but no ETA from CCP...
