I played as Scout, like in Chromosome, and was having much more survivability with only 2.5m SP invested. Not sure if it's since no one is in protos, yet, or if it's the range nerf. It's fine.

My Capper fit has only 1 code breaker, I reserve the other slot for Profile Dampener. It's a compromise between sneaking and capping speed. There is also a skill for capping faster.
