Regarding Biotics... The green, red, and breakers. I think the fitting cost are just too high on them and the basic and enhanced levels are not really worth running unlike the HP mods.

The lag is way more common in Skirmish regardless of whether it's a pub, FW, or PC. It also happens more frequently with 5 point maps versus 4 point maps IMO. The gal facility is guaranteed lag pretty much in this build.
