They should increase the strafe and turn speed of a scout. I hate when I'm right behind the enemy and he turns just slightly and all of a sudden I can't keep up because my turn speed is too slow. Also need to fix the shotgun angle, shoot at a slig...

Active scanner also helps the team as well. I find it very useful for forming flanks on the enemy. I'll go around back while they'll take care of the front and we end up slaughtering the other team

Lower the fire rate and slightly decrease the blast radius, or make the weapon lower the stats of the person using it and also take off 25% of their health per shot. I prefer the second option myself.
