It has no campaign as far as I know. It's a game where you fight against different NPC factions and explore and do different stuff. There are 3 factions I think. I think there is some form of PvP, but other than that it's just you, or a few friend...

Well, I can only hope it gets better. I don't know how to explain it, I usually have zero-lag, except sometimes in PC battles. But in Chromosome, aiming wasn't perfect, but it worked. Now it's as if I have to fight the reticle to stay on the enemy...
