there are so many regions in new eden that i thik it would be common to a single alliance owning one whole region, and wars will be fought between regions over 'footholds' when alliances try to expand beyond their conquered region

yeah spawn camping is fair game , if ur enemy is dumb enough to keep spawning somewhere they get killed within a few seconds of spawning WIPE THEM OUT. id much rather get 150-200 points spawn killing noobs than only 50 for hacking some crap we don...
