Like stated in above posts, the pulse neutron beams scramble (pretty much liquefies) the target's brain. The Amarr make some pretty sinister things. The Amarr also have PSYKALID ammo where when a target it shot, it effects their mind driving them...

The Scrambler Rifles already struggle to eat their way through armor. Some days it's a real chore to finish someone off who has a decent armor buffer. With the new changes to the plates, the SCRs are going to have an even harder time taking down...

I've noticed an uprising of the "AR Rush" from Halo. Basically an enemy will start firing at you with their AR and rush towards you while continuing to fire. Once they get into prime melee distance, they melee you.
