Why you may ask...well, because it's OP as f***. 95/110 damage profile is far too balanced, it easily tears through everything. Imo, it should be at least 80/120.

I've been dying for the Amarr Scout since closed beta and now have it. I played Amarr Assault in the mean time, and it's odd from going 32/2, 46/6, 20/0 a match, then with the Amarr Scout going 17/9, 8/8, and 10/5 a match...it's just painful.
