I think it's a bad idea to release any fewer than 20 officer suits at a time. Any fewer and you will be creating yet another imbalance. Of course, I would have said the same thing regarding the APEX suits.

The Amarr logi will come with the Imperial Assault Scrambler Rifle, which is actually something that doesn't exist in the market. A STD variant rifle. Haven't looked at the other APEX logis but maybe this is what you mean?

How is a new player supposed to get them? 10M ISK at 200,000 ISK a match will take 50 matches (of not purchasing anything, just starter fits). 100k LP would take anywhere from 200 to 300 matches for a new player I would guess given the possibility...
