It's definitely another SP dump, should be a 3x skill so 1 mil SP for prototype. Aside from that, there's not much to talk about since we don't know if they will be updating the scout's PG/CPU or giving it an extra equipment slot and whatnot.

There is a separate female character model for the Amarr Heavy I'm fairly certain, the changes are just very subtle. It makes sense. It is a heavy suit; the priority is protection, not showing off curves.
