Thinking ScR hipfire dispersion needs to be increased. The weapon is both highly effective down range and when "panic spammed" from the hip in CQC. Doing so would help with its over-efficiency.

I'm not feeling it, Spade. Charge shot is less reliable than an NK attack and requires more-or-less the same setting. ADS fire is clunky and kick is MagSec bad. Hipfire spam is unpredictable. Really don't like this gun.
