I ran into this a couple times last night. Emptied an entire clip into a red standing on top of one of the boxes in the gallente city (mushroom map by alpha). No damage, not even a shield flare.

ScR's. I miss the days when only a handful of people used it & it actually took a little bit of skill (AR 514 days). It's way too effective against shields, but the again shield based fits have always been hard mode.
