Shields are better than myofibs for Scouts, and using 1 myofibs makes virtually no difference. The Minja has very good stamina and regen, so it doesn't need a Cardiac. Going without Damps is an absolute no-no. Rifle > Flaylock. I use a different fit for Links.

Shields are unnecessary, explosives are fun, and links are for the stupid blues that never put them down. I am an all-in-one machine. As long as I don't kill myself by fall damage. Because that's more dangerous than any gun.

Sure, gallente is the inherent scout king with all those lows & min's have a great bonuses, but they are seriously played out in my opinion. Real men run shields & know no OP weapons, since most every thing can kill you at the drop of a hat. Makes going 15-0 that much more rewarding. Also, it's easily the sexiest suit in the game. Gal's look like moto gp racers & min's...well...you remember the gimp from pulp fiction...that dude on meth. Although, for disclosure, i don't run proto unless someone else is footing the bill (so...never). Kinda pulled this out of the prison purse. Scout C-1 works just fine TLDR: Preference.
