It just looks so much better on the shoulders of an Amarr suit, either Heavy or Assault. Plus, like most other Amarr weapons, it is charged based.
I just feel CCP made a mistake in making it Gallante. It just looks so ugly in the hands of the Gallante  This is coming from a Gallante guy. |

They're (hopefully) getting the Ark Cannon, in which I predict will beat the **** out of the Plasma Cannon. And It will probably (sadly) look more sexy as well....

plasma cannon isnt a weapon, its a trashcan designed to shoot paper balls that are fed to it.. |

Yes it should be but then you wouldn't be able to tell where you're being shot from besides the red mark on the screen. It's for balance is what I'm trying to say pretty much. Same for the forge gun. The FGs projectile should hit instantaneously since it would travel REALLY fast IRL but instead you have the lead your target. |

You can charge railguns too, and they're hybrid turrets, which Gallente favor. Plasma Cannon looks like a big shotgun, I love the design. Plus it's green...

Scramblers are neutron beamers not photon based weapons. Hell all amarrial lasers are not pure photon based, but invisible light spectrum based from UV, Radio, Gamma, ect ect. |
