It just looks so much better on the shoulders of an Amarr suit, either Heavy or Assault. Plus, like most other Amarr weapons, it is charged based.
I just feel CCP made a mistake in making it Gallante. It just looks so ugly in the hands of the Gallante  This is coming from a Gallante guy. |

Fool! It shoots NERF balls and you know it! That is at least 7 times more damaging than a paper ball.

Meaning it shoots lasers too.
Aren't lasers light? Then why can you see the projectiles from the Scrambler pistol and rifle move through the air? Shouldn't it be instantaneous? |
