As I have been saying, 1.3 is small. 1.4 on the other hand if it shapes up to what the early guessing goes is much more significant. Okay see you when 1.4 is meh as was 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 will be, and so on and on. I'm not coming back until the game is noticeably better
don't come back till at least 1.8, I really don't see why people think 1.4 is gonna be awesome |

As I have been saying, 1.3 is small. 1.4 on the other hand if it shapes up to what the early guessing goes is much more significant. I know you guys have hinted at giving scouts some " love " in the future can you please get someone on this soon. The 1.2 patch destroyed us. The nerf you did to the stamina makes it mandatory to run a green jar on a minmatar low slot, so now a logistics suit can run faster an jump more often an has more hp an equipment which makes my 14 million into a scout an all it's attributes utterly useless .
Our base stats, stamina , an slots are completely underpowered since it feels like now we can't run an jump a handrail to get away an our hit box seems so large that bullets have never hit me like they do now , I can't get away from anything; plus the walls seem to grab us the faster we go an I'm not sure the devs have a complete understanding of how bad of a place the scout suits are in right now.
Also our CPU an pg works out to about 25 a slot an our knives , shields an cardiac an kinetic modules all take up too much space, maybe scouts can have a increase to our knives CPU or a passive reduction for certain modules per level?
I ve been hammering the forums for a worthy response an timeline to give my scout brothers some answers so when there's time can someone please make a dev post regarding the issue?
We all know you have your hands full balancing things an hopefully this isn't so far down the list , but I'm wasting sp spewing into other things an now I'm not sure if I do this if you will change what I'm about to throw my points into so it's a huge guessing game for us right now.
Thank you for your time |

Both get a single month after all... 1.4 is better versed and more used to the new schedule, also things that been on the stove are about to get done cooking or got done shortly after 1.3 code lock. This is provided QA doesn't gut them out. Also code lock isn't in yet so CPM will have some voicing into it. Soon as 1.4 locks work on 1.5 should start and hopefully, also 1.4 locks should be far enough after 1.3 to fix any code required serious bugs. Code/Content Locks or Vehicle Locks? |

@ Killar12 Content lock.
@OZAROW I haven't spoken to CCP Remnant or CCP Wolfman about their plans for scouts yet, but scouts underperforming is on CCP's radar. I am sure already has ideas on how to buff it.
@Rynoceros CCP Logicloop and last I checked there are 3 new outposts (the Caldari Production Facility and the Gallente? Research lab. Third outpost still under NDA) in the oven and 1 new landscape enroute.
@Draxxis KANNAH I have stated multiple times the patch is going to be small in 1.3 for the very same reason I already posted and I only started making those statements after getting hard evidence. CPM cuts through the smoke and mirrors far more easily than you guys think. We see progress, we see things in work and outside of short of being at the studio we're much better informed what is on the development stove top, what is being worked on now and what isn't. We do talk with the developers, we do see things and hear things, and talk about things that unfortunately may take 2 months for you guys to see the results of sometimes. |

That is a mighty big if.
Keep in mind everyone, that Uprising was going to be a huge step forward in Dust, so when they say something will be big, just remember what they gave us on the 6th of May. |

Thanks for the mention saber, please just make sure their aware of what we've mentioned that's all, we're all hoping it's a big fix not just here's 3/3 CPU pg lol. Not asking for super stats but no delay or major amount of endurance but a CPU / pg, slots, endurance an base CPU an pg speed increase would be nice to keep a logi with a sg an 3 kin cats from chasing me would be nice |

Sadly despite the patch being small, we are probably going to have to re-download the entire 2.6+ GB game again.
Took me about 24 hours the last time from download to actually playing the game (download failed multiple times as it was about to finish, forcing me to start from scratch on my very slow net speed). |

I actually work professionally in 3d rendering, making assets and troubleshooting glitches for companies like Disney and nickelodeon. 1 month is a tight deadline. Seems all the couch warriors aren't happy with anything. They do large updates, you complain. They do smaller faster ones, you complain. Try and apply some perspective while evaluating a game that's free(despite if you paid for a add-on). "but they devalue my SP and my hard work when the nerf my FOTM". Well, I guess it's a double edge sword when you devalue their hard work trying to give you a better balanced game for everyone to enjoy. Do they go to your work/school and tell you how much you suck? They should you hypocrites. |

I get that you are trying, and I am not trying to be a bigger douche than I need to, but my faith in this project has about run out.
The current saga to try and get someone at CCP to even tell us who is leading vehicle development is just one of many issues that cast a very poor impression of the potential for CCP Shanghai to make real progress.
Sure, a balance pass is needed, but honestly, it wouldn't have been necessary if the proper work had been done in the first place.
I seem to recall from one of the E3 interviews that a dev was saying that these monthly updates would include content. Now, I understand that 1.3 was always slated to be a small patch, but what content we have gotten has been horribly broken since it got dumped on the community, and even worse, everyone predicted that before it got released. Everyone was telling you and CCP that the armor plates were garbage for armor tankers, and everyone who saw that awful E3 trailer took one look at the proto Commando suit and called it the turd that it is.
What really gets me annoyed about all of this is that there have been people consistently asking for better consultation with the community before these types of things get code locked, so as to prevent the exact mess we are in now, with balance passes needing to be made to fix problems that would have been obvious to anyone who actually plays the game.
So either the CPM is not capable of communicating this to the devs, or much more likely, they are not responsive to what the CPM is telling them. If one were to assume the second to be true, then this game is going to have a very rough year while content dribbles out and then the devs have to waste many hours rebalancing broken stuff that never should have been released.
It would seem that even CCP should be able to see that being forced to devote man hours to fixing things that could have been addressed with basic interaction with the players is an inefficient way of trying to turn this game around.

Yeah CCP is a great company that pumps out content with the best of them
And they chose the F2P model not us plus we (well everyone who purchase aur) pay and the game is official.
That argument you are trying to sell is as tired as CCP's promises. |

I have actually paid quite abit to this game. And my argument is empirical. I do know timeliness for assets and the work that goes into polishing functionality. Have you ever even stepped into a studio for more than an hour? My comments come from years of experience in developing movies, games and broadcast. The fact that they are changing their deadlines to suit the community requests is good. If you want more content that is just 'pumped' out, that's fine, but I'd rather see them polish what we have quickly and spend good time on larger mechanics. But I guess your post speaks for itself. |

Also big buff to the LLAV's... no they are even harder to kill.
-Contact grenades: -Lowered ammo count to 1 -Homogenised PG/CPU -Homogenised blast damage and radius
But hey!! is all good..We have ;
-Added shadow-casting on the first person hands and weapon
And a bunch of fixes to bugs that most people don't even know they exist.
So instead of fixing problems ... you creating new ones CCP? How did LLAVs get a buff? They nerfing one of the AV weapons (Contact grenades), they haven't buff what suppose to be the most effective AV weapon against LLAV's ( Plasma Cannon )...And the Swarm Launcher its useless against them. So now LLAV's can just run around with nothing to worry about. One month of Impossible to kill LLAV's.... looks like fun.
Look at the dev blogs again. They are nerfing the contact grenades that are used on infantry. The context of the blog is very clear. |

You know that contact grenades are actually anti-infantry and not anti-vehicle right? This could explain why you have been unable to hurt LLAV at all. |
