1.3 was the second part of the dry run on the monthly patching model stress testing the QA process mostly. It contained the balance changes mentioned and some improvements that did not complement 1.2.
As I have been saying, 1.3 is small. 1.4 on the other hand if it shapes up to what the early guessing goes is much more significant. |

1.4 is better versed and more used to the new schedule, also things that been on the stove are about to get done cooking or got done shortly after 1.3 code lock. This is provided QA doesn't gut them out. Also code lock isn't in yet so CPM will have some voicing into it. |

As for content in 1.4 I am still under NDA so bleh.... I'll see if I can get some permissions once the code lock sets in. |

Bi monthly would be better if every two months we get a update the size of 1.3. Really, this is the kind of stuff you fix in a hot fix.[/quote]
Cept that a hotfix is very limited to the things they can fix. Hot fixes are like changing the tire, refilling the gas tank, changing the oil, going to the car wash. Code Fixes are like trying to figure out what is causing that clanking noise in the engine, taking the engine apart, shaving the heads down and reboring the piston chambers and putting it back together. The later being very costly to deploy. |

@ Killar12 Content lock.
@OZAROW I haven't spoken to CCP Remnant or CCP Wolfman about their plans for scouts yet, but scouts underperforming is on CCP's radar. I am sure already has ideas on how to buff it.
@Rynoceros CCP Logicloop and last I checked there are 3 new outposts (the Caldari Production Facility and the Gallente? Research lab. Third outpost still under NDA) in the oven and 1 new landscape enroute.
@Draxxis KANNAH I have stated multiple times the patch is going to be small in 1.3 for the very same reason I already posted and I only started making those statements after getting hard evidence. CPM cuts through the smoke and mirrors far more easily than you guys think. We see progress, we see things in work and outside of short of being at the studio we're much better informed what is on the development stove top, what is being worked on now and what isn't. We do talk with the developers, we do see things and hear things, and talk about things that unfortunately may take 2 months for you guys to see the results of sometimes. |

Keep in mind everyone, that Uprising was going to be a huge step forward in Dust, so when they say something will be big, just remember what they gave us on the 6th of May.
Well that is what the next meeting is about though so stay tuned and lets see what happens then. |
