I believe we've already established the fact im a rank wh0re, past and present ;) obviously I care about my kdr that peaked at 6.08 and has steadily dropped along with everyone's since uprising came out. and yes I care about my w/l ration and my corporations w/l ratio. call it pride, something to play for.

We are attacking each other but very lightly. The underlying issue is that if an indie corp attacks another indy corp, we cannot bring ringers but the defenders can hire ringers thereby always winning (suggesting they hire good ringers). So makes the point of attacking moot in a lot of cases.

This is where the rubber needs to meet the road. Until EoN and other big boys agree not to ring for indie corps there will be little growth, cause either side will be attacking or defending. The crap of it is that say cubs sees one corp getting 2 powerful, he's so invested in being big brother it is likely he would stymie any true wars.

I mean, with "rules" cubs enforces for his "clients" his clients are better off farming isk and only playing fight club matches where ringing is stupid to get more experience. Honestly, all the big corps don't even need districts there, they have enough land to make the jump if they wanted a fight just fine.

Saying that playing ringer filled teams gives experience is stupid. We've already discussed how it's SP that plays such a huge role in it. And Fid's post on the other thread where I flamed Xero about ringer teams being less effective than a solid team with chemistry is ever as efficacious. The tactics don't go up when bringing in ringers, just the slaying due to sp/better gun game.

Not really sure what can be done. However, im just going to move forward and attack/defend. Only way to get PC experience is involve yourself in PC.

The best interest of all parties that aren't willing to fight out a potential losing battle vs another indie corp or resigns themselves to hiring ringers is not to buy districts cept planet fight club (a few more would open up once the big leaguers vacate) and win, lose, or draw welcome to PC. Indie corps need to stand on their own 2 feet.

Alternatively because cubs probably will justify ringing maybe all the ringers currently on the market could make it so that they don't arbitrarily use ringers. Either through investigation of opponents/hiring corp or increasing the prices for ringers exponentially.

How much does 6-8 ringers or a full team of TP's cost?
It's almost like a monopoly.....you supply the districts, the rules, and the ringers?

It's a good thing to see, PC is kind of a trial by fire for the newbies out there. Give them a few months and we may have a few go after the bigger corps.

Shoutout to Teamplayers and EoN bros for securing land for indies. But I'd like to know if they are waging war against each other. It may be understandable that they can not launch or wage war against veteran corps but I'm thinking that you guys need to go at it.

Start beefs with each other....talk smack...attack each other...wage war.

Molden Heath shouldn't be only about EoN, LOI, Cronos, or any of the other veteran corps and alliances. Pick your wars and expand and experience PC.

I would like to remind everyone that C0NTRA UNIT is open to assisting newer corps in these PC battles. We would indeed qualiy as a smaller corp able to join these mini-PC matches, but we currently only have an average of 10 people online at once. Since we're still just a little too small, we'd like to gain some good PC experience in the meantime before we enter PC ourselves. Its great that they do that but when they intervene in matches between indie groups its gets very irritating.

Yeah, I think that would hurt a great deal if vets are doing so. I can only imagine that the ringer corps are fulfilling heir contract. Maybe they were conracted to defend for a specified period of time.

What I would suggest is that vet corps only help defend against other vet corps. If indie corps purchases a district from let's say, TP, then TP only rings if (let's say) SI is attacking. But if another indie or low skilled corp attack, then let them experience PC for themselves.

this is how its SUPPOSED to be... problem is it seems the majority are now using ringers from big boys. TEAM has been contracted a couple times to assist, but I hear of outsiders helping in almost all matches.

to my knowledge there have been no issues with indies using major corps to ATTACK, which i am VERY clear about on each sale.

But i cant control this, as much as the 1234551 mails I have gotten may think otherwise, I really cant.

If a indie corp has no TEST-IC-LES to fight, it will die for being weak and any Vet corp that attack a indie corp for no reason are only trolls.
