being on the planet is teaching us little corps a lot about PC. I know my guys are stoked over it. Many of the CEO's on the planet are chatting back and forth, some mutual agreements have come about. Some have been crapped on. Its really interesting as a new CEO to see this.
Even with quiet alliances built and new enemy lines drawn it is organic in nature. Just hope the big boys keep off (even the ones pretending to be new corps, shame on you) and let us new CEO's get a feel for the ropes. It is a lot of fun. Mistakes are made, new friendships and new enemies found.
Welcome to Altbrand, were your friend will probably stab you in the chest while your enemy smokes him. You just never know whats coming down. Who knows, maybe a brand new alliance will come about from the planet. |

Talk to me in game and we can set up some matches |

Ill try get this conversation back on topic.
We are attacking each other but very lightly. The underlying issue is that if an indie corp attacks another indy corp, we cannot bring ringers but the defenders can hire ringers thereby always winning (suggesting they hire good ringers). So makes the point of attacking moot in a lot of cases.

Not really sure what can be done. However, im just going to move forward and attack/defend. Only way to get PC experience is involve yourself in PC.

Croned wrote:I would like to remind everyone that C0NTRA UNIT is open to assisting newer corps in these PC battles. We would indeed qualiy as a smaller corp able to join these mini-PC matches, but we currently only have an average of 10 people online at once. Since we're still just a little too small, we'd like to gain some good PC experience in the meantime before we enter PC ourselves. Just message me, THE PEN6U1N, or Z9XERO in-game and we'll hook you up with our best guys.
Croned,
You guys are welcome to join Neanderthal Nation and we can set you up on your own district and help you with PC.

Ahhh, so vet ringers are placing a dampener on the wars? Hmm Except when he attacked PHI, he had TP ringers on his side. So why is he complaining ?
I would like to point out several things. 1) we had 1 team player on our team because he want to shoot stuff and i said sure why not, he was not paid. I added a few ringers from STB so that we wouldn't get Redlined the whole fight. 2) We attacked you guys with a clone pack to get some real world experience in fighting. We got Flaylock and MD to death. which from all the forum threads is in fact real world experience. 3) I wasn't complaining mainly pointing out the state of affairs on the planet. I like the planet and what it stands for though. 4) YOU were not on the INDIE planet you were in another system altogther. Please state your facts right.
Many bigger corps like to smoke the smaller ones because well its easy. Its no different than all the proto pubstomping that goes on in random pub matches.
I believe pro hic is attacking us on the Indie planet tonight. I might just say the hell with it and just hire TP to deal with them so i dont have to. I know pro hic is much better than my corp, So in this case, the rules are in my favor. |
