I do understand that, that is why i always look for cover, or try to find a place where i can barricade myself. Oh never indestructible (about the same hp as now)... but if you stayed in my cross hairs you were dead. Im just reminiscing of times when heavies commanded a lot more respect...

This is called a fallacy. You donGÇÖt make the norm the most extreme measure of success. I play a heavy I die less then I kill, but that only do to the fact I have played a heavy enough to have over 1300 total hp and skilled the HMG to the highest it can be. If it was for these facts I would die much more to the militia AR. Also I canGÇÖt move fast enough to avoid LAVs so I die to those much more then I probably should. Heavies cost a lot of SP to make any good and cost a lot of ISK to run with any survivability. Tracking speed being nerfed also makes it so even if I am able to see the scout he can run around me twice before I can kill him.

Now, even my alt Mini-Light frame is taking out heavies with a scrambler rifle. And I have almost zero anxiety of them killing me first at range even if they start firing before I do. I almost shed a tear as I stand in their hail of fire, most of which zips around me, as I place pinpoint accurate shots about their head and shoulders.

I was playing with my heavy alt the other day and it was like texas chainsaw massacre. I was slaughtering people left and right. Before the update and the work on matchmaking, my heavy wasn't making that kind of progress. Now Ty is back to his old self. It would be nice if people recognized the importance of a heavy. I don't see too many teams use the heavy to their advantage and often leave the poor guy to fend off the reds on his own.

Sure why not you go have fun and I will stay here and F off, I only get points two ways, kills and kill assist. You have at least 5 different ways to score. Nanohive, Nanite Injector, Kill, Kill assist, repping someone. Come on give us some freakin slack.
