Only if they remove free swarm launchers as well. And they better not touch my Ikushune LAV BPO.
Also, I'd just like to note, if free LAVs give easy kills for no skill, why not use them yourself? They're free and take no SP.
I think most the people claiming they take no skill are just upset because they aren't good with them. |

Ohhh.. but i do... They see me with a GEK-38 with the commando suit, and they think; Hey!! easy target !... I let them get close to me, give them a false sense of security.. and then.. boom !! 5 Swarm missiles in their face.. I am addicted to it.. that is the only thing i do in battles this days. |

I think most the people claiming they take no skill are just upset because they aren't good with them. If the whole point of being a mercenary is to make money, then why not just AFK? You'll make a guaranteed profit and still receive plenty of skill points.
The point is it's not the style of play we want. Sure I could spawn in a free LAV and run people over all day, but I'd rather be on the frontline capturing bases even if its less efficient. If you want to drive your LAV so much put in a bit of ISK, that's all.

They need to be kept. Kept free and skill less. I have no problem with FREE LAVs. It's the near invincible Logi LAVs. I literally played 2 games of the new build. That all. Why? Because Logi LAVs are a freaking joke. Game ruined. |

Milita LAV are the main problem but what lead to this was giving all vehicles a HP buff because they took away skills that give 5% armor/shield per level from vehicles while infantry still have those skills for ther dropsuits which is total BS |

Loving the rdv changes in 1.2. However people still use free lav's as free anti dropship weapons. If they don't get removed then I want free dropship blueprint to compensate! Can't have it both ways |

Sorry bud I paid 100$ for a set of BPO's that came with a BPO LAV. Absolutely nothing will be taking my free LAV away. They aren't going to revoke BPO's from paying customers. They would have to give refunds and you know that isn't going to happen.
If you don't want to run LAVs, thats fine, learn to live with them. I almost never get hit by LAVs when I'm on on foot, and 90% of the time I do it's because I ditched my LAV (Due to taking a round from a forge gun or an Packed AV nade or something) and I get hit while I'm trying run back into cover.
I however get plenty of SL kills against them.

My LAV was bought and paid for with a merc pack so I say no. The free LAV that everyone starts with I say yes. Also they should be banned from Ambush. When half the team is driving LAV's and you have only so many nades you get the pictures. Also they should not be allowed on stairways or any other man built surface other than roads and off road terrain. I cant stand these weak characters racking up kills off LAV's by driving up stairs and killing half the team because of the stupid glitches. |

Most of the time I get killed by an LAV is when they are driving around in circles going about 10 mph and run over my toes. Way too much damage at low speeds!
AND! to all of you saying "stop crying, just use AV nades" well, Idk, maybe it would be nice to use my grenade slot for something other than a cheap kill of some idiot in a free LAV.
My tactic, until the murder taxis end?

As a primarily Vehicle based player, I can say that the free LAV doesn't help anyone apart from players that don't want to pay to get to an objective or run people over.
By removing the free LAV, players have to pay to get to objectives faster, which means they'll be more likely to not send their vehicle crashing repeatedly into players but also means a Dropship Pilot becomes more useful. You see it all the time, every skirmish match, everybody calls their LAVs in, and that poor Dropship mug sits there waiting for a couple of people to get in so he can play a part, but it rarely happens. |

LAVs are easy to kill with. I'm able to use Proto Cannons and Enforcer HAVs, but it's easier and cheaper to kill in a Logistics LAV, and I'm running the Logistics because I'm fighting proto players. Newer players will use whatever is available to them so they can make easy money and get easy kills. |

Free LAVs are terrible and are easy to take down with a free swarm launcher.
Those LLAvs on the other hand are way more of a problem. |
