Post a reply below to raise awareness towards CCP to remove free murder taxis.
They require no skills to use, they're free, they clog up our airspace with RDV's, becoming instant-death hammers against dropships, not to mention they're stronger and more survivable than them, so why should they be free?
Show your approval of the removal of free LAVs.

they exist as bpo's so won't help anything.
the bpo lav's just need to become coffins again.
they need to be used for transport and expect to die if you use it for even that.... |

I like them - they give AV fits something to do. Just nerf their EHP enough to one-shot them with ADV AV nades. |

I say no to removing free LAVs. My reasoning for this is that people need some method of transportation on large maps, and paying for simple transportation would be frowned upon.
However, I agree with the fact that the starter LAVs are being abused as murder taxis. I think militia LAVs should be brought down to pre-buff levels so that the most basic AV weapons can kill them in single shots. People will be greatly discouraged from using them as murder taxis and will be used as free transport at the risk of death. |

However, as an alternative to removing them I wouldn't mind if their HP decreased by 25%, and the time to call them in was closer to 7-8 seconds. |

This is what dropships are for. Troop Transport. Unfortunatley the free LAV is more survivable than them right now, so every
blueberry and their mother uses them. |

It's not enemy LAVs that are the problem. It's every stupid blue dot in the game running around in them and doing more harm to their own team than the enemy's. |

i'd like to see players pay for their assets.
if transports are useful as transports let players spec into them an pay the isk for them.
I see no reason for them to be free.
but bpo's exist so like I said it doesn't matter now does it. |

Free MLT LAV not available for 1st minute of match (this allows paying customers to access their multi-million ISK tanks/DS before the talentless)
Cooldown on MLT LAV after destruction 2 minutes. |

Free LAVs are not the problem.
Road kills are the problem.
Remove free LAVs and the same kind of people will just invest in the LAV tree and build super tanky LAVs they can continue racking up easy kills with little or no threat to themselves.
You need to remove the reason people like that use LAVs and that's the ease of killing anyone in one shot at any speed. |

Or just make the weight and speed of the vehicle determine how much damage they do; say, 200 damage for an LAV going at full speed. However, running over people should also do an equal amount of damage to the car. |
