Well considering that everyone except the templar characters is a hunter, kinda seems a bit pointless to label them as such, and labeling the templars would just make being a templar suck - again because literally everyone else is a hunter.

I must not understand the setup then... I'll go read the description again. EDIT: Okay, I get it now, everyone is a templar hunter. In all fairness, I think it should "suck" to be a templar. You should be a marked man. You can use this or abuse this, but in the end if the Templars are being rewarded for playing 20 games with a bunch of cool stuff, then they should have to work for it, just like a hunter having to kill the same character 3 times can be a challenge.

Situational awareness is key to not dying to LAVs. They make one hell of a noise so simply move out of the way when you hear and then see one. Or just sit on a mountain and snipe the LAV spawn

That's probably where the confusion with this 300 number is coming from. Nope...300 Templar. 200 random picks from that thread that's gotten way too big, and 100 who are not randomly selected... If you can find one of the people who can give away guaranteed Templar positions, maybe you can get one...but it will depend on that particular person and how they're choosing who gets a spot.
