 First off, I've been really busy, so today was the first time I've played uprising. So I decided to set myself up with an advanced fit of a minmatar scout with nova knives and a flaylock pistol.
 
 To put it bluntly, melee hit detection had some issues.
 
 Skipping over descriptions of not being able to hit all non-amarr moving targets (I killed every amarr suit I slashed at, including a heavy
  ), I could have sworn that uprising was supposed to have melee aim assist. If it exists, where can I toggle it on? I couldn't find it.

 I have an alt with this fit. Its fun but really hard

 I'd like to know this too, though I've had some success with knives.
 They're actually challenging and fun.

 there is a melee lock on just not for knifes which is stupid cus u miss 90% of the time because they move 1cm to the left or the right complety missing them or hitting them once which cause them to back peddle away from you while shooting in the face with they're proto tac rifles :/

 IMEO, something changed from yesterday causing major hit detection issues with NKs and quite possibly melee.

 Also, there are A LOT of hit detection issues with Nova Knives. They have gotten worse after Patch 1.1 of Uprising.

 You don't miss that badly anymore with the knives. The buffed the hit radius.

That too, I was just talking about the,regular melee that you use when not using the,Nova Knives (I.E the button you press to smack people with your pistol, or smack them with your fist when carrying a swarm launcher).
 
 
 The button you press to charge the Nova Knives will not give you the aim assist. Sorry, I just assumed you played on default lol

Even though they aren't they're just getting help from aim assist. Ya thanks CCP. Just remember, When the complaints about Quick Scopers start pouring in, I'm gonna be there to say " I told you so" Please get rid of aim assist so people have to use their real skill rather than just emulate having any skill.

 What dont you ask for aim assist to help you get to the objective, then aim assist to help you hack it and also to defend it
 
 In fact lets just take you out of the game and put in AI instead of you

 You don't miss that badly anymore with the knives. The buffed the hit radius. Radius was.never much of an issue. The range, lunge speed, aim assist, frame bugs and hit detection are.
