For reals they are fixing the skills not applying pg. and that's been stated enough times it's local level knowledge now

They are changing the description on the skill from 5% per level to vehicle maximum powergrid to -5% CPU usage for powergrid modules

I petitioned CCP about this and basically it was confirmed and i wrote a thread 'CCP why the stealth nerf' and it got locked at the end

I would like the hotfix to give us 5% per level of PG for all vehicles but i dont think it will, i think it will get changed to the correct descriptions and all vehicle users will see that skill as wasted SP

Fix to PG/CPU skills for vehicles not applying properly - That is down to the Vehicle core upgrade skill 1% to CPU/PG and maybe even the CPU skill itself, problem is the 1% is going to be changed to only 1% PG applied not 1% CPU like the skill states

Fix to vehicle upgrade skills not correctly applying bonuses to vehicles - Once again the skills are not working but also the descriptions are wrong so they are not adding what they say they will add but adding something completely different

Fixing Vehicle engineering skill description - The vehicle engineering skill will now have -5% to CPU usage for powergrid modules

so for a skill that cost maxed out sp 621,840 both electronics and engineering

engineering let's see how much i get outa that many SP
Local powergrid expansion unit eat's up a whole 20CPU let's apply my half mill skill points ok i shave off a whole 5 cpu from that now that module cost me 15 cpu to fit Woot!!

now let's look at the Electronics version
maxxed skill = 25% cpu increase to vehicles total
hurm let's just do something low level
a level 1 lav Saga with starting cpu of 155 is now 193.75 cpu a differance of 38.75
hurm let's try something a little bigger
HC-130 Gunnlogi base cpu 380 with skill 475 cpu a differance of 95 Cpu

Balance this bullshit.
both skills cost the same yet i have to eat a low slot for a powergrid unit to get 15% pg increase and eat up 15 cpu

where the cpu enhancer get's 11% and use's no cpu or powergrid plus there skill get's a 25% increase!

pffttt please.

i hope this does not lead to electronics being nerfed 2
