I am going to assume that you meant Respec not Reset, I am sure that is what most people here who said yes assumed. I would vote yes for a Respec, not a reset. (Respec = We get all our skill points back again to spend as we choose. Reset = we get set back to 500k sp)
You should watch what you type we don't want CCP thinking we want our skill points reset back to 500k or 0, as they tend to over-react to some complaints launched here on these forums.
Either way it isn't at the top of my list of things that should be fixed or changed. |

In short, no one deserves a respec.
Oh, are you referring to the stat that shows us effective range of each weapon? Show that one to me, I must have missed it. Obviously somewhere it must tell me HMGs can't fire as far as a pitcher can throw a baseball...
Yes, respec. |

Yay,
at least most of us know what to do next time , ( i know what to do now when it Respec again ) without wasting sp for those who say no , well they know what to do ........ some of us make mistakes and waste some on this and that, at least we be careful this time
2nd chance Respec make sence til next build or what ever ccp choose to be, tbh it is good idea for ccp to reset it again for us for the mistakes few of us have done CCP please help us, most players would be happy in the long run.

Respec for serious ISK outlay, 100 million or such, so the people who ****** up can spend the next few weeks saving up to pay for it. That, or nothing. No free get out of consequence card. |

Yes
Too many issues with skill descriptions and lack of knowledge of nerfs. It shouldn't be expected to look at the market and analyze all of the weapon data.
It comes down to not being given proper data pre launch. If we'd known about the nerfs we would have been more cautious.
As it turns out even with that knowledge there would have been issues because they don't seem to know what direction the skills and bonuses are supposed to go. You'd really think there would have been a collaboration meeting to get everybody on the same page. |

As you say, no free get out of consequence card?

In short, no one deserves a respec. I was responsible enough and have everything where I want it, but I still say yay. Honestly what harm could it do? Plus it will be official launch so it just makes sense. And again I'm supporting this when all it will do for me is force me to spend 5 minutes to put everything back where I had it. I dig it. |

If I were CCP I would allow anyone to respec if they wanted to, but that person would have to pay $50 to do it. That would be a good way for CCP to make money and it might make players more hesitant in the future to make such rash decisions with their SP. I vote Yay, but under those circumstances.

No. No SP-Respec for sale. That is just abuse waiting to happen. Even at $50, anyone with a deep enough wallet can constantly switch to the flavor of the month on the spot. |

I vote yay for either a reset or a respec; I'll still take the same path regardless of which. The people that are voting no or want to make people pay for it (the pay to win argument would also grow stronger from that option) are just afraid of the competition getting tougher. |

Disaster is coming, game after this update is unplayable, I love the graphics upgrade skill upgrade, love star map but they completly brake fps part of game, look at all complain about imput lag problem with mouse, sensitivity , you stuck at almost any rock or bump on ground, you can throw granate further than is range of 90% of weapon, I notice more bugs in 30 minutes play in upspring then all my 2 month play in chromosome. And trust me if feel its bad it's realy realy bad news because im huge Dust 514 fanboy. |

No they aren't. Almost every game (except eve) has "short cuts" or "respect" in place. Allowing some one to change where they put their skills shouldn't be an issue. I think if players were allowed to BUY SKILLS. that would be a concern. Their is only so much variations one can spec to. Proto or not. and last time I checked they still die by laser, and shottys and RE's, and SMG, ext.

They realize that you, and/or CCP, have put yourself at SP disadvantage and want to keep it that way, there's really no other reason for them to say nay. |

Eve does have the neural remap option. They also have the resculpt for plex option. I wonder if we will ever get a "neural rewire" option, basically paying a Genolution tech to rewire our brains for different skill sets (think neuralyzer then retraining matrix-style). I am not saying that it should be easy or cheap, maybe make it cost 100m ISK and be something that could only be done once per year or something.
IDK, options are never a bad thing. |
