I can't guarantee I'll keep up with everyone, but I'll be compiling a full skill list for everyone's consideration before the patch tomorrow.
(note, for speed's sake, I'll just be quoting the requests and copying the desc over. not the name. So if you have multiple requests, please line break each! No more than 2-3 per person!) |

There's two skills that affect CPU:
Dropsuit core upgrades
Basic understanding of dropsuit core systems.
+1% to dropsuit maximum PG and CPU per level.
Dropsuit electronics
Basic understanding of dropsuit electronics.
Unlocks the ability to use electronics modules.
+5% bonus to dropsuit CPU output per level.
A lot of skills now affect cpu/pg usage too.

What levels do we need to reach with prereq skills in ord/er to move further down the tree? Does level one unlock the next set of skill? Do we need to go to level five to unlock the next tier? Does a dependent skill only go as high as it's parent skill (like level 3 Dropsuit Core Upgrades means a max of level 3 Engineering)?
Or all they all different kind of like they are now? |

Prereqs don't show up eveside, All I can get is the skill descriptions, sorry.
Going off how Eve skills work, I would expect it's a set level. (eg, lvl 3 unlocks the next part of a tree) But don't quote me, I'm just making logical assumptions. |

Vehicle coms, and the regular dropship skills just let you use the stuff tied to them
Assault dropships however....
Caldari Assault Dropships.
Skill at piloting Caldari Assault Dropships.

Gallente is the same, but shield is switched to armour |

All shield/armour extender mod skills give bonuses to their respective extenders. So Extenders now grow with the skill they're tied to. |

Lol, this is what ive been trying to tell people in all the "HEAVIES ARE UP " threads for the last few days now. They all cry about how the HMG is getting a slight range/dmg nerf but they never do any background research. Im telling you guys, the heavy is making a comeback this build!
Also, can you tell us the Weapon specific bonuses each race gives depending on which one you spec into??? for example I think amar would well..... give bonuses to LR's..... |

IMO, if it's the best bonuses you're looking for, Galente and Amarr are miles ahead on the assaults. Personal preference, Amarr, since it *should* affect scrambler rifle heat too. |

Nope. All range extending skills have been binned.
TBH, the range thing was silly on some weapons, and I see why they removed them. ARs were more effective sniper rifles than actual sniper rifles in a lot of cases. |

I'd appreciate your math on this. My math says.... Base shields=405, base armor=405. Both have 25% bonuses with maxed skills, so that means 506 for both shields and armor. Proto Sentinel has 1 high slot and 4 low slots, so for maximum eHP that's a complex shield extender and four complex armor plates. Maxed skills actually give +10% to shield extenders and armor plates, so a 66 shield extender gives 72 and a 115 armor plate gives 126, soooo.....
506+72=578 maximum shields 506+(4*126)=1012 maximum armor 578+1012=1590 maximum eHP, and that's only IF you stack nothing but extender modules, which most people won't. |
