For the next hour or so, I'm going to sit in Sisi and copy-paste the new skill descriptions on request.
I can't guarantee I'll keep up with everyone, but I'll be compiling a full skill list for everyone's consideration before the patch tomorrow.
(note, for speed's sake, I'll just be quoting the requests and copying the desc over. not the name. So if you have multiple requests, please line break each! No more than 2-3 per person!) |

There's two skills that affect CPU:
Dropsuit core upgrades
Basic understanding of dropsuit core systems.
+1% to dropsuit maximum PG and CPU per level.
Dropsuit electronics
Basic understanding of dropsuit electronics.
Unlocks the ability to use electronics modules.
+5% bonus to dropsuit CPU output per level.
A lot of skills now affect cpu/pg usage too.

what about the vehicle electronics and engineering do they still effect cpu and pg. or are they less. asking cause the skills are easier to get than the infantry ones. |

Basic understanding of electronics.
Unlocks ability to use CPU upgrade modules.
5% increase in vehicle maximum CPU per level.

What levels do we need to reach with prereq skills in ord/er to move further down the tree? Does level one unlock the next set of skill? Do we need to go to level five to unlock the next tier? Does a dependent skill only go as high as it's parent skill (like level 3 Dropsuit Core Upgrades means a max of level 3 Engineering)?
Or all they all different kind of like they are now? |

Prereqs don't show up eveside, All I can get is the skill descriptions, sorry.
Going off how Eve skills work, I would expect it's a set level. (eg, lvl 3 unlocks the next part of a tree) But don't quote me, I'm just making logical assumptions. |

It's worth noting: Heavies have nothing to worry about. I've done calculations that take a heavies' EHP just short of 2k.

The Amarr Heavy has 450 Shield and 450 Armour (I think) so if you stack Armour/Shield mods, get some Passive skills up then yes, I'd say 2k eHP is very possible. |

Vehicle coms, and the regular dropship skills just let you use the stuff tied to them
Assault dropships however....
Caldari Assault Dropships.
Skill at piloting Caldari Assault Dropships.
Unlocks the ability to use Caldari Assault Dropships.
+2% to turret damage and +1% to shield resistance modules per level.
Gallente is the same, but shield is switched to armour |

All shield/armour extender mod skills give bonuses to their respective extenders. So Extenders now grow with the skill they're tied to. |
