You are assuming that every PS3 owner will buy a PS4 on launch day. Dust is a free to play game and PS3 still has a few more years of life in it. PS4 games are no threat to Dust.

All armor repairers do 5 pulses (1 every 3 seconds) once activated. Each pulse repairs by the amount displayed in the stats, so if it repairs 162 HP per pulse then it will repair 810 HP total over 15 seconds before going into cool down.
