So is balancing on hold in many respects? Lack of content isn't a major gripe of mine but if it's starting to hold things up this badly isn't it becoming a real problem not just for the community's expectations but also for development? |

When they say "vehicle handling is improved" what exactly does that mean??? less sliding around perhaps???
What have they done in regards to laser rifle variations? and what exactly did they do to "nerf" it? if its been nerfed at all?
When do they plan to open up more faction warfare space? (to conquer and everything?) why have they limited it to only one region from the start? is the player base too small?
How many new skills have been added? and how many knew weapons have been added? Any new types of variations to weapons?? (for example something additional to the sub veriations of the AR such as the Tact rifle, breach, burst....?).
Whats the outlook on a simple player trading tool? Plus how will they manage to refund our officer weapons on may 6th?? what exactly is and isn't being refunded??
Finally.... what is the beer like in Iceland? |

Corp matches don't have usable volume and early uncover major advantages and disadvantages that fittings and skill levels of the heavy shooter with high kdr has over the fittings and skill levels of the ones getting shoot. Major problems in design and balance do appear when you have more people generating information. That's like trying to balance a game on prize winning tournaments. In this case the heavy would receive a massive Nerf.
Also this current upcomming balance pass is a fresh plate BTW. We're almost starting back over. |

The lab and D's handle slightly differently for the better, all vehicles have new control schemes available in options as week such as a trigger based lab throttle instead of the default stick.
Meta level advantage seems to be how much slower heat on the gun builds up. Damage ramp up is also a bit slower but it seems to be able to reach similar damage. Also sharpshooter skills where removed along with weaponry damage bonus so its not instant burn heavies.
Faction warfare is a NPC controlled event battle its expansion is reliant on eve's own expansion of few space and or factions. Planetary conquest is in one region for now in the future it will grow to meet demand and population, that way there will be fights instead of vast nothing.
Market and economy is an hot priority expect a hard confirm of when within the next six moths or less, provided that crest doesn't blow up or something. |

First question: Will CCP be bringing us more smaller/medium content/bug fix patches post-Uprising, rather than saving every piece of content they make for the next big release? (I.E. Is it possible we'll see the next batch of content BEFORE the 3-6 month build?)

I would like to answer but I think it be better if it came from the developers mouth, but yes there will be improvement to the rate of content in one way or another. |

When will we see all races represented in surface infrastructure outposts? Most of the outposts look Caldari, and only one looks Gallente. There aren't any Amarr or Minmatar ones. |

Can you please ask the Devs if heavies are in the same position tanks are they would also let heavies use vehicle mods? I get the feeling after uprising, I just won't want to play dust ,due to the serious unbalancing heavies will receive by not being balanced.

Flowers and Friends is the "vegetation". Currently, in uprising, it's only "flowers". (grass and small shrubs), the "Friends" (presumably trees and larger bushes/hedges possibly) will be.. "later". I'd say probably sometime during uprising, maybe next build. |
