If someone is dumb enough to make a director of their corp without knowing that persons real name and address they deserve what comes to them.
CEO's here me out, would you give a guy on the street your hard earned cash or time without knowing who he is? Nope. you would be a fool, You're a fool now if you have Directors under you and don't know their real identity and addresses.
If they do something worth killing over, you better be able to find them. Time is money, it may be pretend money, but it took real time to acquire those assets.
If your a CEO and do not know the identity of your directors and they do not know yours, you are doing it wrong. And are setting your self up for a easy nova knife in the back.
Also, why keep so much money in the corp wallet? its way, way safer to keep money in the players hands right now. Only carry money in the corp wallet you immediately need. keeping the pot small prevents people from wanting to smash and grab. |

Well either you value nothing, but if something holds value to you it holds value no matter where it is. I was more saying if you value something allot don't put it where someone can steal it. Don't take it literally. However if someone stole my life savings from my RL bank account and I was the one that gave them power of attorney and they robbed me, then I better be able to get justice, else why did i give them that power? Always watch your back. |

Sadly this is true, the threat of getting hit with a baseball bat in real life is a good reason not to put your hand in the cookie jar.
I did hear once about some banking corp in EVE that had all their $$ split between like 8 directors with no corp fund and so when 1 of them obsconded with the money they only got a fraction of it and their bank survived a run when people got filled with panic and I believe it ended well for them. |

See, that is just good plain planning, always cover your bases. Smart. You always want 1 foot on the ground. EVE universe is lawless, and if you want to survive lawlessness you have to establish your own law and it has to work and have consequences. |

New security measures have been put in place. But as to an alt re-joining the corp... until this debacle, all his alts where in TSOLE or our affiliated corporation The Legion Academy. We've black listed his PSN ID (as per above) but if he created a new one, there's no way we could actually prevent him from rejoining.
The new security measures will likely prevent someone of his... calibre... from ascending to a rank where he could do any real harm.
Also... on a personal note. Many thanks to the dozens of people from ROFL, and even some outside, who've offered massive donations to the corporation fund. We are truly grateful for your offers. But as they can state, we have declined each, preferring to stand on our own.
RISE of LEGION has banded together with us, and I think, even though it was our own issue, this has shown that RISE of LEGION is truly a great place to be. |

just because you set a MINOR and i mean minor setback at the hands of 1 person isn't a reason to tighten up your recruiting measures especially since as you said he was with you since closed beta.
this annoyance can only help strengthen our bretheren at Tsole as only those who are loyal to the corp will bother with re-applying. if anything this theft will only bring them closer together and that they should be lucky that the robbery occurred this far ahead of pc so that they will be able to recover in time to take some planets with their fellow alliance mates O7 Tsole good luck and god-speed with getting your money back |
