 Alright well if we are going to have a discussion that isn't about people tearing up about vehicles.
 
 I'm looking forward to seeing what CCP has in mind in regards to medium vehicles, I've always loved APCs, atm I tend to throw a CRU on my armor tank so players can spawn and jump out to capture points i'm attacking, although it seems more often than not people spawn in and stay in, missing the point.
 
 I picture a 7 seat vehicle with a tank similar to a HAV but with a small or medium turret, and an in built CRU.

 A bike would be good. Use it from grenade or equipment slots. It would be a fast way to travel when they expand the redline.

 a small turret slot would also be good

 any more ideas? how about a vehicle module that makes a shield that is impervious to all weopans for 30 sec that cover 15 m radius

 A plane of some sort (or maybe even an updated dropship that can shoot down other dropships in a better way) would be pretty slick. Imagine a huge map with infantry below that have planes/dropships fighting in the air.

 Arright I'll bite. I believe that dropship health is too low. I fly a shield tanked Myron, so I can't fully comment for an armor tanked pilot. The fit is shown below. After looking at the fit, you'll see this is the best gear you can get. I've got Shield Control 3 (working it up) which, if I recall correctly, puts my tank at about 4390. Aside from the 10% I'll get to my base shield for 2 more levels of Shield Control, this is as high as it gets.
 
 Currently, I run as soon as I either A) see a forge gun; or B) take a forge/rail round. I am perfectly fine with running, except a lot of the time I don't make it out. I've got the ship pitched as far forward as I can and I'm weaving left and right, but sometimes I lose it. I really wish I could hang out in battle and take a few rounds before having to retreat, but for now as soon as I begin taking damage I have to withdraw. Having a bit more health would afford me the opportunity to either decide to stick around a bit and risk my ship, or retreat safely. Either way, the AV have removed me from the battlefield for the meantime which renders me useless. The only difference is that one is temporary.
 
 TL;DR Gunships had better have the PG/CPU for Heavy Azeotropic Shield Extenders

 Also they stay in because they control a gun and also you cannot boot them
 
 The APC needs to be fast but also be able to withstand alot more than a LAV but slighly less than a tank
 
 1 small turret slot is the way to go, if you want 2 then stick it on the back but you dont want ppl to camp them so we need the boot button but also the option to not have any turrets on any vehicles
 
 I see the APC not like a HAV, not as wide and long, just a bit bigger than a LAV in both dimensions, also wheels not tracks
 
 Also it should resupply players ammo supply, dropships should also have this feature

 2x rocket turrets
 
 blasters require a lot of pg/cpu so if you use rockets it gives you more room for alterations

 Maybe, admittingly I'm still trying to sort these controls out. It doesn't hurt to add an option to accelerate and decelerate with the unused buttons. I'm tired of having to jump the hell out and wasting 200k+ instead of just parking because the the ship seems to be floating in space.

They're not as good as they used to be, but they can still help you get out of crap situations, sometimes the extra speed is helpful. and justin you can increase/decrease thrust, they key to landing it to tip your belly up so that thrust is being used to kill your speed, once your speed is low enough you want to come down relatively slowly, too fast and you'll take impact damage.
