Actually an AR can shoot further then my LR, fancy that.
So I skilled AR after viziam now.

The gek and exile have less recoil then the proto duvolle?

26 meters un skilled isn't too far.
real rifles go up to 300 meters. don't you love when science fiction weapons suck worst than modern ones. |

Haha, as a heavy it's a delight to read a nerf post in regard to another weapon. Thank you OP. But you're wrong. ARs range is grand. Everything is actually fairly well setup now. A well mixed squad can handle most situations. Any tweaks should be of the nerf/buff feather type rather than lump hammer style. |

Agreed. Everything is pretty even right now lot better than it was. I don't have too much to complain about except lack of new content. |

Much Much agreed on the recoil part except i think Damage can stay as is. But definitely, recoil needs to be upped on low grade ARs. |

I agree at least the militia one needs more recoil. And you are right about the Proto one as well. But I would rather like a slight increase of ROF over the tiers, so the higher recoil make sense (due to higher DPS) |

I can hit stuff pretty far away with my Gek @ sharpshooter lvl 4, but it doesn't do much of anything unless I am shooting a scout with very little shield or armor protection. Otherwise I have to crouch to do any kind of relevant damage against anybody who has somewhat decent shields/armor.
Until the HMG gets a range nerf, the AR's shouldn't be touched. I got out-ranged by a heavy tonight with my most shield-tanked suit I can muster up (had almost 600 in health), which reminded me how ridiculous of a range they actually have. |

Seriously, Duvolle rifles need a price drop or a recoil buff, I'm not burning all that ISK to get dropped by a GEK in a head on conflict. Before someone says "ERRR FIX UR GUNGAME", I switched to GEK and do just fine. |

You fail to realize that you can skill up sharp shooter which increases the damage done at further distances. Keep that in mind next time you get shot from across the map. |
