No. I will repeat what I said this is a moderated forum with rules (in the main to stop offensive behaviour/ speech) it is not about freedom of speech. Hence why people can be banned.

We Americans live in a culture in which speech you don't like is best countered with more speech rather than suppressing it because suppressing speech doesn't make anyone better than the other. Of course ignoring undesirable speech is a good alternative.

I would be genuinely surprised if they did, and they would be mocked outright. I'm not condoning such intellectual absence displayed in the offending comment, but I don't see the OP's screenshot as all that upsetting. This strikes me as a case of the overly sensitive, and in denial of the reality of people's different opinions and use of language. The person obviously was not insulting gay people, but utilizing an underlying bias about gay people to insult another. In this case, my advice is to care less about what other people think and be yourself before God and Country.
