How will capsuleer corporations be ganking us? Srsly? What can they do to us that will make us shake in fear? I mean other than shoot tha lasers our way?

Are you saying they'll need to work with Dust players? Also...why wouldn't they care? It's not about the system you're using it's about the ISK and Aurum. Edit: Right now we're just "dust" to them...later on we'll be able to do a lot more. Not only that but the big mercenary corporations will have had collected tens of billions or maybe even hundreds of billions of ISK when the game really gets interesting.

I'd imagine them paying for Dust 514 mercenary spies and make em infiltrate their enemies Dust alliance and wreak all sorts of havoc like tricking the players into attacking the other side of the alliance or stealing ISK so that the Dust mercenaries wouldn't be properly funded to go against the employer's hired corporations.

We just kill with what we got; and enjoy the hell out of it.

If you would like to think of it as real life domination and you're controlling me or anyone else knock your self out. But the reality is nobody can really get ganked in a game. And if someone does then they have bigger problems in their life to deal with, Maybe rehab? All the spies, turncoats, villans, douchebaggery tactics or idiots (is their actually anything good in New Eden?) won't prevent me from enjoying this game.

We are either into the FPS or the RPG aspect of the game. Any decent sized EVE corp could buy All of DUST and would barely notice the dent in their ISK balance so someone that dreams about coming after pocket change ... well. No vision. They should be spending their time in EVE instead of epeening around here. Small fish, smaller pond, bigger relative epeen. Maybe it is a small enough pond they think they stand a chance where in EVE they simply do not matter. Space barnacles all. Check out RockPaperShotgun, they have two videos of a GoonSwarm pilot warping some silly ass big ship into enemy territory by accident. Hit the wrong button on their intuitive interface and a great video resulted. 222 ships were destroyed to an estimated value of 400-700B ISK (Infinitesimally Silly Kurrancy). Sorry scrub, it's just bits.

The merc provides coordinates to his supposed EVE ally, and the capsuleer nukes the entire battlefield instead for kittens and giggles.

Lol Ccp has said all along that griefing is not just a one way street a pilot can't just fly up to a planet and nuke it without us able to defend ourselves. We will have the ability to fire back and destroy their lovely little space coffins. The tax is going to equalize the economy so they will not just Be able to throw money into dust, otherwise it could severely cripple the eve universe economy and there paid economist will not let this happen. The difference that dusters are is that it takes an army working together to be of any value to us. Yes you can take some money we will make it back, you will try to get people mad at each other and disrupt a corps synergy, but at the end of the day mercs only really fight for the guys next to them and the glory of the battle( and SP and gastun Hmg's) Tin foil hat wearing space pirates have no more power over us than we do of them.

I'm not saying it doesn't suck, it does. But a lot of FPS players enjoy hanging out with buddies and blasting the enemy in the face. If they can still do that with their friends then I doubt they'll just drop DUST. In EvE, the measure of your power is your wealth. In DUST it's your marksmanship.
