CORPORATION DESCRIPTION
Our corporation, Better Hide R Die (BHD), is a casual gaming clan that has been around for a number of years and played many titles, including Warhawk, Resistance, MAG, Killzone, Mass Effect, Starhawk and, now, Dust 514.
Members offer a mix of skill sets GÇö ranging from top-of-the-line gun skills to outstanding field support skills to combinations of both and more GÇö that, when employed together, lead to victory after victory on the virtual battlefields of competitive and cooperative gaming.
Teamwork, not skill level, is our primary focus. If you need help improving your skills and abilities, you'll get it in a friendly and welcoming environment. If you're already at the top of your game, but want an environment that isn't hyper-competitive or toxic, well, you'll find that in spades in BHD.
So, are you up for some fun? Then lock and load and step up to the plate. Your BHD tags await, clone.
CORPORATION LEADERSHIP
- Chief Executive Officer: Pilgrim Plymco
- President: Winscar Shinobi
- Directors: Phoenix Archer 128, Quill Killian and Shouper of BHD
The names of our leaders are their Dust 514 identities.
CORPORATION REQUIREMENTS
- Teamwork
- Mic (strongly encouraged, but some leeway can be afforded)
- Amiable attitude
HOW TO APPLY TO THE CORPORATION
Applying for membership to BHD from within Dust 514:
- From your merc quarters, hit the L1 button. This will bring up your Neocom, where you can select the "corporation" tab. From there, select the "search" secondary tab.
- This will bring up two more tabs: "Search" and "Friends Corporation." Select the first one.
- Type in the name of the corporation you're looking for GÇö in our case, it would be: Better Hide R Die
- Click on the corporation name that comes up. You will see "Show Info" and "Apply to Corporation." The first option will provide you with more information on the corporation. The second option brings up the actual application. When you apply to BHD, include your PSN identity (your Dust identity is automatically included, so don't worry about that) and, if applicable, the name of the person who referred you to BHD.
- Sit back and relax. BHD will handle the process from that point forward, and the odds are in your favor that you will become a member of the corporation.

we also play BlackLight Retribution (PC), Blaklight Tango Down (PS3), Planetside 2 (PC), BorderLands 2 (PS3) TF FoC (PS3) etc. also guys keep in check also in are websites threads, they released a mech pic for DUST514 from what I`ve been told and I`ll be posting it there. |

Overall, BHD has several hundred members. Out of those members, dozens are highly active. Out of the highly active members, we have more than a dozen in Dust 514 thus far, with more coming.
So, for the timebeing, we have a rather small footprint in Dust 514, Cowcerus. But it will grow. That's guaranteed.

I like to win but that isn't my sole priority, I'd much rather find a good group of people to play with. I've been trying to play recon, though i'm currently not much help as it seems no one uses headsets so I can't really help in that regard... |

Just joined you guys! Was able to play a few games, it has improved my enjoyment of the game exponentially. I also seem to be playing much better a well, which is always a plus. |

I know I have that effect on people :3 that ambush where it was us and a few blueberrys vs the whole enemy team camped in a supply depo was deff one of the most fun matches I've had in a while. silly winscar and "I'll go attack them from the rear" hope to squad up with you again soon and maybe the matches will actually work this time :D

We have fond memories of MAG. There were times in that game when we fielded up to 40 players at once. We'd literally swarm the bunker lines with those numbers, and it was great fun to hear horrified screams of "It's BHD!" on proxy chat when that happened.
In time, we'd like to be able to do the same thing on Dust 514, perhaps on an even grander scale ... especially if we wind up as part of an alliance. |

Well, it's been several days since we began our recruitment efforts in Dust 514 ... and, I must say, we're doing fine!
Between the influx of BHD players from other games our corporation is active in and Dust 514 recruitment itself, we've reached dozens of active players. It's still nascent by Eve standards, sure, but our corporation president is feverishly working on earning the skill points necessary to keep up with the corporation managements skllls needed to oversee, well, a *growing* corporation.
Oh, and for what it's worth, here's a shoutout from one logibro GÇö me GÇö to a whole bunch of other logibros in L.O.T.I.S. You're a great bunch of folks to play with and against! |

In other news I made an alt just to see how much to do there is about heavies.

Yeah, we need a group size increase. Doesn't have to make squads bigger, just increase the pre-game group size and sort out who gets what roles and squads when joining a game...

First reaction may be to say "make him his own character" but if he's only going to play very occasionally, its better to just have a BPO/Default loadout he can use on a "more-skilled" character (or is he allows, using the normal loadouts). That way he isn't starting from scratch and has a bit more "balance" with other players. |

On a somewhat more serious note, folks, BHD is a corporation that welcomes mature players GÇö and those we have in spades, ranging in age from teenagers to adults in their 40s. Within that group are single, carefree people, folks with families, other folks with families and jobs ... hey, BHD is a cross-section of America. We roll as a team, period, and we welcome folks with open arms and good-natured jokes.

Cool, thanks for the quick reply. I too plan on getting on in about an hour.
I've gone with an Enforcer assault so far but I'm thinking of assault medic? If that means I can revive and repair teammates.
I consider myself a naturally skilled shooter, 2.5 K/D on BF3 so I expect once I have a decent build and get my bearings out there I should do pretty well.

if your in an assault suit you can either revive or repair teammates :/ I personally run around as an assault with a repair tool when I'm not in a tank/dropship so I can help you out there when we squad up. |

I'm not too hot with the K/D ratios but if you want someone willing to run through gunfire with a nanite injector in hand and a triage repair tool to patch you up, I'm your guy. I don't currently have a mic, (I only got my PS3 last month) but I am definitely all about team success rather than lonewolfing it. (There is only so much lone wolfing you can do with a repair tool and breach shotgun). I also am a big fan of using squad commands when I'm squad leader... not seen many people use them. So I hope I fit the bill and we can get a game in some time. |

hey I just sent you a mail in game if your online we can squad up if you don't mind squading up with a sick dude who might not be on the top of his game... doesn't matter if you have a mic or not just harder for you to ask us questions and stuff. First off I'd like to thank the CEO for allowing me in this merry band of misfits. I have never played with a Captain of Hoes before so that is quite an honor for me.
Now to the noob questions:
Last night I was briefly in a squad with Shouper and things apparently went bad at his end and he had to bail and come back in.
The squad quickly became two of us and we played a few round before realizing the others weren't coming back.
I noticed on the Chat/corp page there were several others from the Corp I assume were playing.
Is their mechanism to join the rest of the Corp when you guys are playing?
Or do the squads have to be assembled in the Chat section?
If so do we just gather until we fill a squad and then will we we join the rest of the Corp squads in the game rotation?
On the Corp page the whole Corp was shown as "free" when I'm pretty sure some of the Corp were playing. I'm assuming this is an unfinished feature of the game as of now. Am I correct on this?

Ill usually squad up if theres a spot open, but I never make a squad, id rather just kick back and let someone else do the lead, sometimes if im just trying to get my daily limit capped quickly I wont squad up and will just hammer out some random assault matches so theres no waiting for others to get ready, but playing with people from your corp is always much more fun, with or without a mic. |

You have to invite people to your squad to play; you can either invite everyone and hope someone joins, or ask in the Corp chat if anyone wants an invite and invite those who want one

PS: check our websites chat box you got trash talked on youtube, wanted to know that 2 groups had trash talked us recently.....they lost a top of the line madruager last night to 1 anti infrantry gun with low tracking speed on the smallest map (note dropships are support so thats also saying alot), the mail that was sent between me and the driver was funny on my behalf, we made should he would get pwned when he spawned in again...and again so he hoepfully will take that back to them and show we walk the walk not talk the talk.

Hey, Shinobi, I experienced a skirmish match that was a carbon copy of yours in terms of lag experience.
That said, I suspect it was on *my* side of the equation, since my PS3 had been on since Wednesday afternoon, and this was around 1:45 a.m. Wednesday morning after about six skirmish matches in a row.
Speaking of those matches, I had a blast with Wakko, Screwston, Villdoc and the various blue dots that rotated in and out after Villdoc was done for the night. One of the blue dots even had a mic and GÇö gasp! GÇö used it! 'Twas a most welcome experience!

I'll tell you what there dumpster, I would equip the most heavy duty armor possible on that heavy combo and you will be on top of your game in no time, also make sure you only carry the nova knives, that way you will get easy kills and not accidentally switch to a useless gun. Well, that plus three other reasons:
1. To celebrate Daylight Saving Time and the leap forward by an hour (I shall, however, miss that hour of sleep).
