Which wasn't an issue with the daily cap.... If I want to hit 4 days of sp in a single day let me, so I can NOT play dust the rest of the time, I have a life CCP, the active booster is useless to anyone who can't log in everyday.
everyday I don't play I lose money. Real money, like I just threw it away. Why ccp, why is this design any good in your eyes  |

When eve is down for a whole day on actident they do something called, giving everyone a free extra day or 4 of play. If the game is out for 4 days you get your money back. I want my 2 days back on my active booster. You know or a weekly cap so I could still USE my active booster. |

I got a response back from support, looks like we are SOOL when it comes to being able to access the game (even if not our fault).

This is why my active boosters remain in stasis until CCP/SONY sorts all that out. Game is still in beta, but with an active cash shop? Buyer beware.
Even though their TOS says that you're effectively SOL, it would be fantastic customer service to simply hand 80k SP to those who weren't able to log in and play for those two days. It's a small gesture that would net CCP a lot of customer brownie points. And who doesn't love brownies? Mmmmm. Fudge brownies. |

However, please keep in mind that all AUR purchases made during the Beta stage of DUST 514 shall be returned at the Commercial Release of the game (once the beta is over and DUST 514 launches officially).

Commercial release was during closed beta. Stupid, but my source is more direct than yours. Even worse, there is no official announcement anywhere. Unfortunately that means I have no idea who's correct (assuming you're not pure troll of course). |

Yeah I have heard it both ways. we need to know if the closed beta "release" was the commercial for both sp and AUR and if another AUR reset is coming as there is nothing posted on the forums regarding that from the devs directly.
last i heard from devs was no more resets period. |
