so you can pay money to get passive boosters, but then if SONY prevents you from using them, you're SOL. |

Even though their TOS says that you're effectively SOL, it would be fantastic customer service to simply hand 80k SP to those who weren't able to log in and play for those two days. It's a small gesture that would net CCP a lot of customer brownie points. And who doesn't love brownies? Mmmmm. Fudge brownies.

In a recent email ala CCP, they were kind enough to inform me that after the game launches, all AUR purchases will be refunded again. That's great.
I guess that means there's another reset coming -_-

While we do understand your stance on this matter, I'm afraid that no action can be taken as this mechanic was operating as intended. However, please keep in mind that all AUR purchases made during the Beta stage of DUST 514 shall be returned at the Commercial Release of the game (once the beta is over and DUST 514 launches officially).

Stupid, but my source is more direct than yours. Even worse, there is no official announcement anywhere. Unfortunately that means I have no idea who's correct (assuming you're not pure troll of course).
