First, do no harm...right?
OK i get it, you want 60 points. And technically you get more points from reviving than killing, but for the love of all things holy...Please refrain from reviving mercs before all the threats are neutrilized. Your Rambo medic style has not only allowed the enemy to kill the merc THEY JUST KILLED...AGAIN. Now you're dead too.
AGAIN: Shoot the bad guys and THEN pick up the injured. In that order....
Oh! and CCP, when can we get the range-finder that shows how many meters away the injured guy is and how much time he has left? Would really help this lil battlefield triage thing we have going on, deciding on which guys are good candidates for saving.

It seems no one appreciates logibros and logigals medics for doing their jobs. We should totally go on strike for 7 days. |

I am a logi, and for the most part i agree clear the threat before you pick up... there are a few exceptions imo. One Snipers, cant always tell thats what killed you..... sometimes when there is cover fire from a squad member you can get the pick up.
As a logi my biggest complaint is when you sit out there waiting for a pick up, we run in the middle of the field to pick you up and you release.... If you are going to release just do it... dont wait. |

I appreciate logibro's, just not when they pick you up when you are still surrounded by enemies Oh and logibro's use a repair tool, it works wonders once you've picked someone up |

I admit i do sometimes revive someone without clearing the field, but most of the time i make sure that i don't see any immediate threat. Apart from that, the snipers sometimes kill someone i revive instantly, tough luck i guess :I

I totally appreciate what you do. I do it too, remember?...but reviving while the shooter is still shooting? BAD IDEA.

The window to revive is narrow. If its a hot firefight and you've pressed the help button I'll wait for one or two seconds to see if there are bullets flying over your body. If there aren't I'll try for an emergency resuscitation and repair. Yeah, sometimes they'll shoot you back down, but there have been plenty of times where they haven't and keeping the team up during a hard press has worked in our favor.
Kitten happens on the field. We have seconds or less to decide. Things will get better when the logis are running with better injectors again. |

I for one like the red hot logi bros speeding up my orbital ticker; some get the gist and revive the poor victim on spot for the whole clip. As a reward I usually let the logi go afterwards. |

I play as a logi myself when I hit my sp cap. I do my best not to pick anyone up in front of an enemy. I also try not to pick you up with a sniper staring at you. Snipers I can't do this as well but if I accidentally pick you up in front of an enemy, I'll do my best to take bullets for you. I run a 50% nanite injector on my Assault suits and an 80% injector on my Logi (along with triage repair tool). So if you have good armor (like some heavies) you like me. Lol. |

Making me look bad. After the reset I thought I'd try training up my weapon skill first and then work on equipment. I'm still running all militia healing stuff.

Better solution: How about you stop dying, hm? :)

I enjoy logi because I feel more usefull than a run n gun metalhead.
I also have an unfortunate love of lazors. So if I stand you up in combat its because im waaaaaay out of optimal range. And that you and your Ar can save my ass from the guy shooting me.
Once I train up my mass driver to a respectable level then yes ill try and clear the reddot death machines.
ALSO I would love to see the stab to shooting speed worked on a bit so thst when I stand people up they stand a chance to fight back. |

The speed isn't too bad. As I lay dying I could see a shotty scout running towards me. I hear the nanite injector of someone just out of view. I stand up and spam the trigger and manage to send the scout flying with a mass driver round. Good times.

One thing that could possibly help if you are being revived in a gunfight against your wishes is holding sprint in the direction you want to run as your are being revived, and you will stand up running and have a better chance of making it out without another death. Doesn't always help though. |

Usually my biggest problems when rezzing someone is that there is one freaking sniper who just won't stop camping the one who is getting picked up. Apart from that, I usually try clearing the horizon before reviving (don't really want to die while still running to the bleeding). However, if my team is advancing on the enemy position and they passed all the downed ones, I can easily revive those behind everyone else's backs.
Oh, and somehow it seems paramount to me to revive a heavy even if in the middle of a fight. They won't get killed instantly, and will stay alive for long enough for me to grab a rep tool and aid them. |

Hey guess what? By reviving you prematurely, I get another 20ish seconds to kill the guy before trying it again.
Even so, I will more likely run away if I see more than one contact next to your dead body, and I only do this if the red guy is running away. |

As far as i'm concerned, i will revive and heal at my own discretion. There are too few logibros out there for anyone to tell us how to do our jobs. I've been screwed too many times risking my own clone in order to revive someone in the middle of a coverless field only to have them give up on me before I get there.
In other words you do things we hate, and we do things you hate. At the end of the day though you wont hear a logi tell you how to be a murdermachine because our jobs are so different. The reverse is true as well |

Reasons I will always revive no matter what: 1. If you are revived it doesn't cost the team a clone 2. It doesn't cost you a dropsuit 3. I don't care about your K/D and that would be the only thing effected from multiple revives 4. Your more effective in the action then running from whatever spawn you spawn from 5. I hope you appreciate the help 6. It's my job 7. if the sniper, heavy, assualt etc kills you after being revived they are not helping there team because we are not loosing clones and they are giving away there position.(same as 1 I guess) |
