Same here, Fizzy. The TAC has always been my weapon of choice since way back, even during the reign of the Creo AR. I haven't tried it but hell, it'll just be another challenge I'll have to master. I will reserve judgement until I play a few games first. |

With the clime the way it is, at distance, by the time you've realigned, your target has already realized what is going on, and you dont get another chance, but even if you do, what is that good for? So you can zing another solitary round his way? Big effin whoop.
Look I'm not saying that I want it back the way it was. What I'm saying is that in its current state it is garbage. It needs a recoil reduction, badly, not recoil absence.
I did state this in my OP, not in so many words but it was there. |

I did state this in my OP, not in so many words but it was there.
I agree the climb is strong, but I think it needs to be that way. I think if they are going to make it better, they should add more range or more damage. Or turn the recoil down and give it less bullets in one magazine.
Mainly, I also just don't want to see it the way it was in the old build. I also don't want it to become an extinct gun, though lol |

Scoped in, at distance, may be one and a half, two at most (but probably not two), and those would be sure hits. Up closer, scoped in (if you do it right) if you start at the targets waste you can get a three round burst in, ending at the targets head, but after that you are seriously misaligned, and you have to compensate for a massive recoile drop. The clime hangs on for every consecutive round you fire without letting the recoil readjust first and then returns you to your original position before you initated your burst. So ridiculous. |

After playing more and using the laser and tact, gonna say the tact should just be removed from the game. Only thing the tact has going for it is the range, which is still longer than a laser, but I've been having issues getting people's names/hitpoints to show up when targeting them from range, even though I can shoot and get hitmarkers. It's basically only good from max optimal range, and you can only get so many shots on a target before they peace out that you'd be better off with a sniper. |

Well you better adapt then again. Well now we have the following list of useless weapons/turrets: -Breach AR -Tac AR -Large Missile turrets -Small Missile turrets -Smal railguns -Smal blasters -Active scanners
This fix was needed to punish modded controller users. You can thank the imperfects for that and their modded controllers. And people where laughing at me when i sayd that you would do a backflip with the tactical AR when recoil gets added. Well who is laughing now? |

Yeah DC because you're the only person on the entire game that suggested this fix, you really are a fuckwit you know that? I love SI and Sha but you really are a waste of space and don't think before you type.
The AR recoil change is very welcome by me, it was much needed however i do believe that the tac rifles need a slight deduction in recoil. They are meant to be specialist, medium/long range, single shot, high damage AR's. I think they need either a reduction in recoil or a buff to damage because it's very, very difficult to keep the tac point on something now as a single shot alone raises the scope way off target and obviously if it's a moving target you can't kill anything.
I'm all for having a sensible discussion about this but it's not going to happen while idiots keep trolling AR users and AR users keep crying and not posting anything constructive. |

A deduction to recoil and magazine size nerf, say 18 in the 24 round guns and 20 in the 30 round guns is one idea I have in my mind. As it stands, the tact shouldn't even be in the game as a laser rifle or a sniper would perform better |

Mission accomplished. again i proofed that as long you moan about something it will get nerfed. And it wasnt just me who complained about this. And no im against a reduction of recoil simply so that your modded controllers are WASTED money. If you want the old TAC AR back then i want my old missile launchers back. Fair deal i would say dont ya agree? And there is no room of discussion about it cause only those people complain now are the players who have modded controllers. A minority on this game. And guess what? Majority>minority that simple. Well i could aswell go on here and moan that my Elm-7 laser rifle now overheats but i dont do that cause i accept the change and its fine with me. |

Personally i could tolerate a smaller mag for better recoil on it. I've always thought that mag size is too large for it because it use to be quite easy to take down a couple of guys with a single mag. |
