How can pictures of a TV screen show a PHYSICALLY broken ps3?

Your screens themselves show that not only is the PS3 working, but it's running game data, even if the game data is bad and looks funky.

i am not going to dismantle my system to show you the inards of my ps3 obviously i showed a picture of a serious lock up which forces me to unplug the system as holding down power does not work. this leads to a scan for potential corrupted data and the hard drive being damaged would you like picture of the hard drive? or me unplugging my system? i dont feel that is needed

Think about this for a second. How is a static (non animated) image going to show us a lockup?

We get that the game freezes, it sucks and angers you. It's not breaking your PS3. If you feel that your PS3 is in danger, then STOP PLAYING THE GAME. If you're willing to listen to reason, then here it is. As a software developer and someone familiar with the PS3's software architecture this is as plain as I can be. Freezing won't damage your PS3, but it may FORCE you to reinstall data. I guarantee you, that even if you Mr McGoo'd open your PS3, you're not only not going to know what physical damage looks like, but you're not going to find any even if you did.

Freezing is unfortunately a result of an error on software part AND an normal operation on hardware that isn't detecting the error on software. Otherwise it'd just reboot itself. Detecting those errors is very difficult and can provide lots of false-positives, which results in rebooting more than is needed, so the system developers opted to let it stay on and try to self-resolve rather than automagically restart all of the time.

As mentioned i have stopped playing the game also as mentioned in several posts by me a scan for corruptible data starts after every forced reboot its not about freezing that happens all the time im used to that but to actually go all funky like that and force me to unplug from the wall it is not good for the system. i am not wrong in that sense i have built enough pc's to know a hard power down is not good for your system it can causes errors and even destroy the hard drive if done enough times.

also it doesn't anger me in the slightest its a game its in testing phases if i was so easily angered by bugs in a game i would not have signed up to test it in the first place. Your need to make out my claims of having a college education as equal to claiming to be a spy, a genius or fictional superhero are a pretty bad line of argument. As i mentioned ages ago i have stopped playing dust until this is issue is fully resolved i would not have been a jerk if you didn't try to make me look like a fool i simply returned the favor and your argument was that i am clearly a kid/child with no background. fact is you don't know me i also do not know anything about you nor do i care and i would assume you don't care about my lifestyle or employment history. and we could make up personas as much as we would like the view of someone on the other side of the world that does not know me has no merit. IF i had not experienced an issue similar to this which destroyed my ps3 i would not have brought this topic up. I can not get photos of my previous ps3 due to afaik it has been scrapped by the person who purchased it. my brain is fully capable of knowing what damage is when/if i were to open my ps3. you claiming i can't is as others have stated a personal attack essentially calling me a moron.

I also do have a college education from Algonquin college here in Ottawa i run my own animal rescue after i graduated from veterinarian technician. I am also a former musician from the National arts center orchesta after that career i went into real estate with primecorp commercial realty. many of these things happened while i was involved with a wonderful woman at the time however it led to a divorce. but again you shouldn't need my personal history/background and should not judge others and expect not to be judged right back safe to say just because some person types something on a computer there was a PERSON behind that post if you would insult that person in his/her face you would most likely deal with consequences for those actions lesson here is treat others how you want to be treated if you treat others and demean them to feel like dirt expect the same in return.

That was an advisement. I think anyone would tell you, "If you feel your hardware is in danger, ditch what you suspect the cause."

The Mr. McGoo comment was because you are not a Sony technician, and thus if you open it up the best you can safely do is blow dust out...and close it back up. It's all specialized hardware, unlike what you're assembling in a PC, so even if you're familiar there's more damage than good to be done.
