would not surprise me if zitro was goonswarm. Its what they do they break games to an unfair point. CCP been on more of a love hate relationship with them. They love goons for breaking the game they hate goons for abusing the crud out of the breaking. |

Lol. I was Omni's gunner. That was a great match. The did try to spawn forge and other stuff but no one lived more than 2 seconds. It was great. I came in second with 27 kills. |

Tbqh the game is total **** because of the spawn system. I'm sick of it. This is every game I play with a marauder or 2 in. CCP are FPS noobs. They're STILL making the same mistakes.

Getting the defenders boxed in at their home base is fairly easy. However it is also fairly easy to avoid, yet many fail to do so.
Defenders: Stop shooting your own CRU's, retake them, you WILL need them. Put down good Drop uplinks. Some obvious ones (to give an attacker a happy, thinking he got some) and a few hidden ones. Drop ships are essential. Listen to the Squad commander, if he's using squad commands. Unless he just puts a "Defend" on himself, though it might be a good idea to check if he didn't out it on someone else, in that case, follow the leader.

drop uplinks>spawn camping. IF you get spawntrapped its your own fault. And this can be done to both sides attacker and defender. The only advantage that the attackers have is a very open field where the tanks have no place to hide unlike the defenders buildings around C. Where every Sagaris/Surya is hiding under when they get damaged. |

Also attacker side doesn't have buildings to park a tank / drop ships on the roof for some serious rapage; conveniently right next to spawn I might add. |

I'm yet to take more than 2 deaths before getting clear of a spawn camp and setting up an Uplink where the opposing team is unable to reach, or somewhere they don't expect.
Then I run off to capture a point or hack a CRU if they left one alive, and they panic and fall back when they realise I'm doing something useful - dividing their attention while also providing at least one alternative for my teammates to spawn has been enough to break a spawncamp and let my team turn the game around more than once. |

It was never said outright that it is your teams fault, though knowing the risk of a trap, and failing to negate it is definitely a fault on the team.
The map is somewhat broken, because it is so much easier easy for the defenders to get trapped than it is to trap the attackers. That doesn't change the fact that I've seen teams get trapped, yet still manage to break out and take back the map. |

ONE person breaks the blockade and does something behind enemy lines, and you draw more than half of them away from where they're spawn-camping your team. They over-react to a single player providing an unexpected distraction. |

One I were in yesterday, where we managed to trap the defenders, a few breakouts did actually succeed. One were even a drop ship that went high, and literally were raining men, as they re-spawned in it. A brilliant move really. To bad for them that it was too late to kill our MCC. |

Will this really matter when the game launches? I expect any decent clan or groups will simply form up with their AV loadouts and end the matter. I think that many of the players who spend their Beta period spawn camping to the max and generally using dodgy tactics will pay for it the first time they meet a decent organized group. |

AV loadouts vs vehicles is suicide. Only acceptable way to destroy vehicle is with your own (if you don't want to constantly get OHK by small missile turrets that is). Edit: Garret I get what you meant, but if the missiles and railguns don't go away, you cant spawn. |

I respectfully disagree. My heavy + proto forge gun is great at not only scaring off HAVs, but also engage even Suryas and Sagaris' solo if I get the angle of attack right. But... nothing like hitting the Sagaris with two forge gun shots, and see them flee |

My Dragonfly suit with a Militia Swarm Launcher can comfortably take on any Dropship in a fair fight. Unless I'm blindsided (meaning I screwed up), I can avoid their fire EASILY (yes, even Missile turrets), while returning fire with something MUCH harder to dodge. Against Militia HAVs, I've got the advantage (pro-tip: This means that AV fittings have the advantage against a vehicle of equal quality), and I can comfortably force a retreat for even most mid-tier HAVs. LAVs can sometimes run away, but if they don't, they go down fast. |

It's not my fault they can't 1hit kill you with a 3k damage railgun or 700 damage missiles Gauder. But the reality is you should never even get to see them when you are spawn camped. |
