2nd About modC players

Look i know the feel if i had the money to spend on modC i would to but seeing hows its a game in with will get updated unlike your COD game with only stays around for 1 or 2 yrs be for it dieds this game dust with be here as long and eve is here so unless you have the money to buy a new modC every 120 days then be my gest and blow your money on it you will fined out soon you could have spent that money on other crap then a box full of modC,s for the game dust that dont work any moredo to new code that ccp adds in every 120 days.

to some it all up guys just shut up about it both sides

Its using a system to get an unfair advantage over other players, the very definition of cheating. Thats why tournaments ban them. its also agains the TOS for any online games and i believe sony's policy.

FYI third party controllers are garbage, highly doubt anyone really uses them.

If the game used R2 as trigger, I'd be saying definitely modding, but it could easily be that he's just that good. It might be a custom controller, but that isn't the only explanation. And besides, because of how recoil and psread works in the game, firing that fast WILL be a liability at any kind of range. EDIT: Third-party controller are mentioned in the context of voiding any warranty you have on your system when you use them, but there's no rule saying they aren't allowed by the network, and it's up to individual games to include that if they feel it's warranted.

If players can see it, and players report it, CCP can investigate, and if they're following the stats accurately enough, there are ways to tell if the process is automated or not. If it's a modded controller, they'll be able to confirm it and ban.

If you hear a pistol, you can fire it quickly however even if you wanted to mechanically you couldn't fire it faster than its fully-automatic counterpart. Usually it's much slower rate of fire, even for the professional speed shooters.

It all depends on your experience.

I'm almost proud of you, you know how to use the enter key and you've almost figured out the exclamation point! Now, you just need to figure out how to use periods and commas properly. Also "modC,s" is incorrect, as commas don't belong there. The proper symbol is an apostrophe, like so "modC's". Another hint for you, periods belong at the end of sentences, not only at the end of a paragraph. Oh, one more thing... There is a difference between shift, and caps lock. Nobody wants to read a line in full caps, it isn't so kind on the eyes.

It all depends on your experience. i have used the Tactical in previous builds and was able to tap it fast enough to fire faster than the Duvolle. it actually says its faster in its description. there is only one downfall, how fast can you tap the trigger? i've yet to try it in this build. i may just buy a few for *****~n~giggles
