"NPSI", what's that? Is that a variant/typo of NBSI (Not Blue Shoot It)?

I have been looking for a new Eve corp to join ever since Dust was shut down. But I am struggling to find ones interested in Nova. I was previously with The Southern Legion (AU/NZ based corp) and I spent a great deal of time trying to help new Dust members to learn the basics of Eve Online.

I very much enjoy helping new players and I think your corp is what I have been searching for, though im more interested in membership over being a director. My main concern is what the main time zone will be. I am Australian and I normally play a few hours before DT and sometimes an hour or so afterwards.

I am by far no expert but I know enough to help the new guys get a good start in New Eden. I started in Wormholes then when Dust came out I was in the fight for Molden Heath. I have been playing Eve since 2010 and played Dust from closed beta. I suck at Eve Pvp but always willing to try.

I guess I should have sent this via the email but was kinda hoping CCP still reads these forums and can see we are all still eagerly awaiting some sort of news on Nova

Metallibanga - 93mil SP - 90% Pvp skills
MURDERFAC3 - 79mil SP - 90% Pvp skills
Samsquamsh - 29mill SP - Industrial/Trader pilot
3 low SP trading toons - T0kiWart00th, Sgt Simmo and Maltese Magician

It would take just short of a year. The true time varies depending on what neuro implants you have, but 5 million SP takes about 5-6 months in EVE for an OMEGA clone, and an alpha clone learns at half the speed so it would probably take about a year to learn them all for an alpha clone. (I think). Unless your allowed to buy skill injectors and use them. You can buy them in game for 500 million isk. But if your buying skill injectors, why aren't you just buying plex instead?

Thanks for the info mate. The main reason I ask about the wars and if your still in HS is because 99% of my assets are stored in Jita. Which i'm guessing is one of the systems your war targets are hanging around.

I will hopefully joining Honkcom today and sending my in-game application with both my mains (Metallibanga and MURDERFAC3). I will obviously need to move a few ships out of New Edens arm-pit first though.

I just reread this. My feeling is that you wouldn't find any EvE corps interested in Nova. Most won't even recognise the name. They may recognise the name Dust, as some of the EvE players actually had ideas of playing it at some point, but now it's gone it's a moot point. The only EvE players who will really be interested in Nova will be Dusters who are playing EvE together. By the time Nova comes out, they may already be converted to EvE anyway.

I was planning on getting involved with H.O.N.K. but been pretty busy with real life lately. The little time I've had for gaming I've spent on Battlefield 1 as I recently reconnected with a few DUST players on it.
Anyway, I am on vacation next week where I will have some extended down time to finally get on EVE. I hope everyone in H.O.N.K. is having fun with EVE as that is the true factor whether or not players will keep playing. Like DUST, don't sweat dying that often and definitely don't sink all your ISK into a single fit as you are almost guaranteed to lose it.

So how is this thing going? Has EVE swallowed you up and spit you back out?

If I ever find time to play eve again (Especially considering the Alpha clone stuff) then I may well be interested in joining up with DUST bros.
