Say hypothetically it went to ps4/pc. Separated servers for balance.. Api support like eve for stat tracking and stuff. Promise of regular updates/maps/skins. Support like how dust was in it's prime but less crappy..
Let's say it has a f2p model but you have to completely work for everything you own. So you can still play and try out all the content or use the market to get access to skins/bpo. but you work for it. Would fp2 players tolerate a cola ad in loading screens if it helps pay for the servers?
The subscription model also offers free skins/bpo's , boosters, and aur as well and guaranteed something new to abuse with every renewal. AS WELL as access to the testing server where you can test new weapons/maps before they are officially released. subscription content would be completely unique from direct arum purchases. Meaning you can't buy it with aurum from CCP and every month the stuff you get is a complete surprise. You just have to subscribe and get surprised. Would you pay for this game in the form of a monthly subscription of 10.00?
I hil.... I mean John Ripper is just asking out of curiosity and no other reason.
Support for this game is dying.. it seems. (from CCP), I am just wondering if the player base feels differently.

That particular model isn't too appealing (although I would still pay for it to support CCP)
Subscription content needs more actual meat to it than cosmetic distractions and boosters- I would rather see things like access to missions free players can't get (with rewards such as cosmetics), as well as quality-of-life improvements, such as a higher fitting limit, and automatic/queued war-barge management.

Maybe after it's been out for a while and can show it isn't plagued by the same sort of bullsh!t it has been for the past 3 years. Until they get Dust or it's equivalent at least 75% right I'm not spending another penny on a CCP game. Sure the current team deserves to be compensated for the progress they've made with this mess but CCP doesn't deserve a damn thing with how they've treated Dust over the years.
As for ads in a f2p model, I wouldn't mind a bit and think they should have done it already (it was brought up by another member a while ago). It doesn't have to be limited to the loading screen either, hell I've got this huge ass tv in my MC they could throw some ads on that thing; maybe a banner in the market. As long as there aren't any annoying ads that pop up anywhere obstructing the view.
Look at them, it's like they're the star attraction in a fucking flea circus.

A one time purchase with upgradable DLC or something sure. F2P with AUR options, yeah ok. For a sub though, we need considerably more access to the New Eden universe.
I mean some legit transit to move from one system to another. Regionally accessible EVE markets to play the ECON game of buying and selling with options to hire EvE players for carrier services moving loot to other region markets. A 4rlz PVE - type campaign mode to learn the basics. Private firing range to test gear and fittings. Single- or coop- ground game mining missions. Security level pve/pvp missions. Standings. Skill-based refining and market play. Production and facility access---the same facility slots EVE pilots compete for. Security status in affect. FF in 4SEC-0SEC with SEC status penalties forcing player awareness of status, location, corp access risk by losing SEC rankings if corp is primarily HISEC. Etc., etc. You get the idea.
I'm sure there's more.
Pretty much everything EVE capsulers have but feathered over to ground troops as well.
I'd sub to be a real part of New Eden.

Support for this game is dying.. it seems. (from CCP), I am just wondering if the player base feels differently. Exclusives? No.
Something like : -increased SP gain -increased loot drops -increased ISK payouts -AUR discounts -More characters can have passive gain. -Early access to content -X amount of boosters/AUR monthly
Things that would make the game more pleasurable. We don't need "elites" feeling superior because they have exclusives.
Unbalancing this could potentially wreck CCPs game. Which is why moderation is needed.

Wow...
1.Look at PC to see how excluding players destroyed the game. You have to be in a big corp or be rubbed out by them.
1a.Keeping the "poors" out just because they make you feel dirty, and you want to stroke your ego is a bad idea.
2.It goes from management to demanding "priority". Then it becomes P2W.
If every battle left 0 lingering effects this wouldn't be as bad. (Note:I said as bad, meaning it's still bad.)
But if priority was given to subscribers, you'd have to subscribe to effectively do PCs or participate at all.

I could see it starting at a measly sum of $3-$5 and later on when stuff is worked out (bugs, glitches, and lag) then they could possibly justify, maybe, $10 a month. All this is assuming the game is taken to another system and completely remade. The $10 aspect would be assuming a full integration into New Eden.
If you don't receive the answer you want please be patient, my "F**k's Given" dispenser is broke.

The subscription could always be related to corporate management. Your subscription would allow you to create a Corp and get it listed on both an in game and forum based recruitment board.
I also like the idea of the subscription allowing passive sp gain on an extra character.

Instead of subscription, make the proto gear aur only, reduce the slots and add built in suit bonuses that are the only bonuses that apply.
You have a suit that is truly for the people with little time, but have disposable income and you are making a trade between the skill based bonuses of other suits vs. the built in bonuses of the proto suit so you don't get a more powerful suit, just a ready to go suit that is the equivilent of some relavent lvl 5 skills, but not all. Let the advanced suit be the one type of isk based role suit.
Up the skills costs otherwise to promote purchases of aur suits by new and casual players as well as testing things before you skill it.
No pay to win, just pay to have now vs. training later.
CCP logic GÇô We fix what doesn't need breaking.

I would pay the usual 70 euro for my physical copy of dust514. Then pay again 15 euro to receive MAJOR DLC, like new map packs ( at least 3 maps ) and game modes.
Have different weapons only in dlc for dust would not make sense. Skin and visual stuff can still be monetized.

I would pay 60 dollars and DLC for this game and if it remains f2p I would buy AUR because I enjoy this game. This is 1 console Game I don't want to die. I want this to survive like EVE Online.
So CCP port this game now PC or ps4 IDC but this game needs to live because theirs no other game like it out there.
