DUST Search - The arguement defending CCP's silence

Agreed. The game is literally in some of the worst shape it's ever been. The lagspikes are constant, the framerate issues are as bad as ever, PC is worse than it was pre-"fix pc", they've spent months doing nothing, the last dev post on the forums was 3 months ago and that was to tell someone to stfu. I paid my dues, I bought my aur, I put in the hours, where's my customer service? I've had 2 help tickets for 2 MONTHS! The latinos have overrun the servers and own 75% of molden heath because they're too laggy to fight, hit detection is as awful as it ever was....and on top of that we're still waiting on news about....ANYTHING! If I take my car to a mechanic, I have every right to ***** about it if he closes up shop for 3 months and tells me absolutely nothing about my car after I've prepaid for repairs.

Honestly guys, lay off. I'm new so I have a somewhat fresh view of this. We whinge and whine because we don't hear anything from CCP about the next version and/or port of the game. This is important because it's the future of the game. It's not as if you can just keep playing it forever - it's an MMO, so it needs other players and servers. How do we know that CCP is working on it? They don't tell us anything, so it's not really something you can assume. I don't see any evidence at all that they're working on anything much but carrots to dangle, to keep us interested a while longer. CCP isn't silent with the EvE Online community, and they get criticism the likes I've never seen here. I'm sure that if they wanted to say something, being criticised would be the last thing to stop them. My view on CCP's silence is simple. I look at the reasons they might be silent, especially in the face of the fact there are people leaving exactly because of that silence. The only one that makes sense is they can't say anything positive about the future of Dust and they know they can't say something negative, so they say nothing at all.... Dust is on life support folks, get used to it and find something else to do when the day comes that it's gone. Me? I'll probably go back to EvE.

I may not be good enough join a top tier corp but I am ok. As soon as any Spanish corps hit the field lag hits and hit detection is out the window then I can't kill **. What the Hell is up with that?
