With dual beam rep tools the rep rate is per beam, not split. |

Hmm. Feeling a bit lackluster on the repair rate and distance. 60 HP/s for infantry and 13 or 14 for distance would have been spectacular. But, then again, it is offering three beams, so all that on three people might have been too much. All in all, pretty good! I'll try to be on soon to get this toy for myself.

With an increase to 12 range, that's only 3 less than adv/proto, and 5 more than Focused.
Plus you gotta realize that this will be a monster for getting Guardian bonuses as long as your slayers stay close together :P

This one is a Standard BPO that already out-classes the other standard rep tools in that it has three beams. For the record, you only see more than one beam at the proto level and three beams has never been done before. Its range being 10m is, last I checked, on par with the typical Standard Repair Tool. Effectively what that means - to me - is that whoever has the BPO will never have any reason to purchase/use a standard rep tool again. Once the range gets buffed they'll be hard pressed to use the standard Flux Repair Tool as well.
But I understand that players want good rewards for the events, so, it's whatever.

Your first example is incorrect. You are not buying the reptool.
To provide an adage that would serve well here : Don't look a gift horse in the mouth.
Just play your 5 matches, get your bpo and be happy that it isn't a standard bpo, which given the event requirements would be a suitable reward.
When you are asking for more out of a gift, you are absolutely ungrateful.

You forget to take min logi bonus into the equation which doesn't change its placement between pro and adv

Throw it on a Min Logi though. You'll get some nice rep distance and a fair amount of rep for free.
Throw it on a BPO suit, easy WP.

Not bad for a BPO. Proto and Adv are still much better for keeping mercs in the line of fire alive, but this is the perfect "side arm" rep tool for topping people up between skirmishes.

It has 3 locks. Why people are complaining is beyond me.
I knew it wasn't going to give a ton of health, but I'm okay with that. The 2m buff will help when using a Minmatar Logistics.

It's better than a regular basic rep tool. Even if it only differed by healing 3 targets I'd still want it. |

As a min logi, quick sidenote. It has more 'potential' reps per second then the core focus & more range. much less of each then the sixkin or republic, but still arguably the best reptool for a logi running with an assault fireteam

Warning don't trade your suit with the event rep tool. I trade my shaman without removing the new event rep tool and lost it. My other suits I have equip the event tool it shows red and is not in assets. HELP ME CCP FRAME....... |

for you:the power curve
the last one on the graph is the event tool. the area of red represents the power creep.
as you can see, the laidai has the most creep, but the event tool has close to 0 creep

Must agree here Aeon is right now best CPM.
Because he looks like real care here (if you do not count GM archie), other CPMs are to me more trolls than actual help.

I was nonbeliever who basicaly want to show everything bad on game.
And to be honest there is still much to fix, we all knows that.
But what you can do, honestly.
If you like game you need to support (i supported game by 100+ Gé¼/$) and believe.
If you do not like game you can leave everytime (i left three times and see im still here).

talking of shield modules. i'd love to see the Power Diagnostic mods from EVE that go in the low slot and give a small buff to shield recharge, suit PG and shield HP. probs one of the most used shield mods and if bonus was managed to be 1-2-3% at std/adv/pro with an efficacy bonus per level it would give shield suits a little something nice.
moving the PG mods to high slots did more harm than good for shield tanks
