This one is a Standard BPO that already out-classes the other standard rep tools in that it has three beams. For the record, you only see more than one beam at the proto level and three beams has never been done before. Its range being 10m is, last I checked, on par with the typical Standard Repair Tool. Effectively what that means - to me - is that whoever has the BPO will never have any reason to purchase/use a standard rep tool again. Once the range gets buffed they'll be hard pressed to use the standard Flux Repair Tool as well.

But I understand that players want good rewards for the events, so, it's whatever.

It has 3 locks. Why people are complaining is beyond me.

I knew it wasn't going to give a ton of health, but I'm okay with that. The 2m buff will help when using a Minmatar Logistics.

2 x 70 = 140 (proto)

It does almost as much, but better in a group of players, almost like a splash heal
With an increase to 12 range, that's only 3 less than adv/proto, and 5 more than Focused.

Plus you gotta realize that this will be a monster for getting Guardian bonuses as long as your slayers stay close together :P

Warning don't trade your suit with the event rep tool. I trade my shaman without removing the new event rep tool and lost it. My other suits I have equip the event tool it shows red and is not in assets. HELP ME CCP FRAME.......
