No, unfortunately with the current Daily Mission system we have, it's not possible to distinguish WP earned by specific methods. And the reason all events since the introduction of the Daily Mission system use it, is how little dev time it requires to set up and run events using it.

Hopefully this might be a part of 1.3? Then events like this could exclude kills as a source of WP. Great first Logi event. Short, not too grindy, and over a holiday weekend here in the States. Perhaps the start of bi-annual Logi Events??? Council Rep Tool should be somewhere between the BDR-2 and the Core, but have dual rep beams. Perhaps in 1.3 they will be able to add suit / WP type restrictions, but for now it's just an event that is geared towards non slayers so they can complete an event relatively easily as well.
